Hotel was fine. Breakfast was decent. The beds were comfortable, the room was basic but we were a little disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness. The fixtures were fine by the floors had dirt buildup in the corners and the tub did not drain well and had a weird pink color on the base of the tub and in the grout lines. It just didn’t feel clean. Overall I wasn’t disgusted but I don’t know if I would return given there were several options close by.

Got checked in early. Air conditioner didn’t work correctly. Temp weird and fan did stay on. Shower was horrible. It was loud and couldn’t adjust shower head. It just spun around. Breakfast was average. Need a “pool key” to get into pool. Room key didn’t work. Hot tub water needed to be cleaned.

Fantastic hotel! Welcoming and hospitable. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast! Would stay here every time we come back to Kenosha.

I think my stage would’ve been much better had the swimming pool area and the spa area been more organized there were several people that was always in there with regular flows and shoes and getting in the pool T-shirts and just regular clothes to adult ratios really bad and swimming pool area in my opinion it should be more restrictions and more rules on the people they have access to the swimming pool in Jacuzzi I would’ve given this place five stars had the pool and swimming pool area with follows more strict rules. I know it is a vacation or leisure trip but it was hard for me to relax having children and adults around me and regular clothes while I am just trying to enjoy a leisure swim .

Nice hotel for a comfortable stay in Kenosha. Front desk staff is excellent and friendly. Hotel is clean. Husband liked the breakfast. I did not try it. We did not check out the pool.

This has been the best hotel I have stayed at in the Kenosha area not only is the staff really friendly but the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub is amazing and I feel very safe in this area. there’s a gas station walking distance from the hotel and it’s also pet friendly. If I can give it 10 stars I would.

Around lots of food options. The staff/front desk were extremely nice and hospitable. The smell of the hallways / front desk was extremely fragrant and perfume, it didn’t bother my husband but it gave me a major headache. My husband thought it was ‘rose water’ that they used in the pool area. This may have been true as we were on the first floor by pool but I noticed it most at front desk. Breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub area was nice. Room overall neat. Nothing spectacular but overall clean.

My child fell ill with Covid and, despite calling the property the moment I found out (obviously I had to cancel our travel plans), the hotel refused to cancel my reservation and instead charged my credit card. I was promised a call from a Manager but have never heard back. I will never book with this property again.

I went to the front desk to ask for additional blanket and they didnt have any. The pictures of the property online are misleading. None of the rooms are updated. The breakfast was horrible. They do offer a variety of waffles, breads, yoguart, fruit, eggs and meat but it taste and looked terrible.
