Air Conditioner not adequate. Too hot in my room, although I turned the temp down all the way to 61, it never got cooler than 70

Someone left sticky stuff below one of the nightstands and ants got in. We went to the desk and they just gave us ant killer and a towel. They told us management would contact us but no one ever did.

Breakfast was excellent. The pool facilities were great, water was nice & warm!

Could have had a bar/lounge at the hotel, but some were located nearby.

Cleanliness of the facility and room. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable as well.

I didn’t understand the time limit restrictions on the pool and hot tub. There weren’t a lot of people there .The price of the room seemed a bit high for when I stayed there.

A little confusing, in terms of directions to and from the hotel

We stayed two nights. The room was never cleaned and towels were never replenished. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes. The carpets were dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were just as uncomfortable. For the price we were charged you would think we could have gotten the room cleaned and clean towels etc.

perfect location! nice and clean. staff all pleasant. food was good. hot eggs biscuits and gravy. coffee bar always and even a water dispenser. ice machine worked. best thing: the pool was clean and water warm. the last few month we have been traveling around for sports in the weekends and EVERY hotel pool has been cold. most even Ice cold you can’t swim. so this was wonderful to have what should be the norm. and the hot tub was nice and hot.

The room layouts are great for the king suite.. it's like a mini studio apartment. The king bed is in a separate room and there is a pull out couch in a separate connected room.

Staff was kinda of rude at times. Marked me as a no show 2 hours after booking when I was driving to the location from a farther distance but wanted to make sure I had the room in place. So I was charged an extra night stay on top of my 2 nights which I'm still waiting to be refunded for. And on top of it the guest are only allowed to have 5 people per room including your children and you can only use the pool for a 2 hour slot that you have to sign up for but you don't get the pool to yourself any room can sign up for the same time so you still share it with alot of people which defeats the purpose of trying to stay safe for covid. Plus the hotel has a very strict policy of no one having any guest come into the hotel that are not included for the room. We planned on having my mother come one of the days to hang out with the kids but we were told if so we would be asked to leave with no refund.

why are all the pools super cold these days?? I stay for the pool and hot tub and can’t get in. a hot tub bath is better. wait. no tub.
