The beach is the highlight. Affordable compared to other resorts on the island. Friendly staff.

Awesome place! Great bartenders, incredible Chef at restaurant, the view is perfect. Clean property, even after a tropical storm. The units could use a little updating, but they are very comfortable and nice.

It is perfect if you are looking to relax. However you still have options to go other places by calling a taxi. The beach was beautiful!

I loved our hillside condo. Very clean and up to date. The only issue we had was the television in the bedroom was not working. I asked for help to fix it several times but no one ever came to look at it.

We were at Secret Harbor for a family wedding. It was beautiful, the resort did an outstanding job. Staff are very friendly.

Good beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Normal rooms. TV never worked. It is ok, nothing of other world.

Beach is nice but lots of large rock in water so swimming area is limited. For first time travelers to the Caribbean, its fine. Ive traveled to many islands and this is not one I'd return to. Rent a car is a must and there is free parking on property. Beach is nice but the shower on beach is not great so kids had lots of sand going back into room. I had to ask to get assistance to show us where: - room was located (building 4, 3rd floor, lits of steps and walking to/from beach). - help with luggage (travelling with 2 adults & 2 children) and the staff that did help was rude and didnt seem like he wanted to help. - beach towels provided but they have to give you a card. Which we never got until next day. - check in is at 3, and we got in at 2 and waited until after 4 for the room access. Housekeeping does not sweep floors so we had to be mindful to always have something on feet. We saw roaches 2x and had to call 2x to have them spray. They sprayed & the residue from the spray was on stove top, floors etc. Overall, the room set up is perfect if you want the living space and ability to cook your meals.

We ate at the grill our first night there and it did not disappoint. Red Hook is five minutes away to eat at multiple restaurants and catch the ferry over to St. John and there's a great grocery store just 3 minutes the other way. Our kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed for our stay. We had some of our family with us so we stayed in a 2 bedroom in bldg #4 which looks to the west. One of my favorites so far. I would rent a car though, taxis have really gone up. $15 per person one way into Charlotte Amalie.

The hillside suite we rented was fantastic, but the crickets outside at night made it very difficult to sleep. We reported an issue with the A/C on the first day we were there, but it was not addressed during our stay. The A/C would run for a few minutes, then shut off, display two error codes, and recycle itself before coming back on another couple minutes later. This made the temperature in the suite uncomfortable in the upper-80s and high humidity conditions.

We loved Secret Harbour! The beach wasn’t overly crowded and had water sports to rent. The rooms were great and above all, the service and staff were so kind. We will be back!

The front desk and employees throughout the resort were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The location is great, in terms of being right on a beautiful beach and near Red Hook for shopping / dining. We had a wonderful stay and time there.
