The Hotel was great for our one night stay. We asked for a King Room on the ground floor and they happily obligated our request. We could back the car to the room. The room was spacious with a sofa bed. Very clean and lovely shower. A lot of newer receptacles. A comfortable room. The Cleaning staff should ensure alarm clocks are turned off from previous guests, since a neighbouring room alarm was running for a long time early in the morning. It was nice to have a hot breakfast, but the gg patty was not that pleasant. All in all, a good stay, and would come back again.

Stayed for 4 nights while in Sudbury on business. Couple of issues I had. While in my room( morning and evening) there was a continuous smell of marijuana coming from the people in the next room who were always outside of their ground floor room smoking dope. I understand it is legal but the hotel should be enforcing their smoking policy and directing people to the smoking area across the parking lot. There were also some railroad contractors stating at the hotel who parked their larger vehicles across parking spots taking up 4-5 parking spaces. Hardly any room left for other customers. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn hotels thus my expectations are realistic. This was my first time staying at this location. I would not stay here again after my recent stay.

The staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was great. Our room didn’t get a turnover with made beds or fresh towels (which was odd) and the air conditioner was a slip-in that was old and very loud, allowing noise from the street to enter the room making it hard to sleep.

Property was clean and spacious. Located close to a busy corner caused some traffic backup at rush hour.

Nice clean room - found to have some traffic noise. Front desk staff member was pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Likes: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Dislikes: The 1st room I was given was not cleaned from previous guests. The tv and remote has no control over the hdmi input, so when I shut the tv down the 1st night and turned it on the following day, it was switched to non-functioing cable input.. had to get front desk to fix it. Then it happened again when I shut the tv off to go for dinner...., I was over it at this point.

Hotel was clean, check in and check out were flawless. Breakfast was average but beds were a bit too firm for me. Of our 11 day vacation, this was the only one that didn’t have a pool.

This hotel as been renovated. Super helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. Free breakfast was good. The breakfast room was very clean. Don’t have any negative reviews. Would definitely stay again.

There is no elevator in this 2 story building, so ask for the first floor if you have mobility issues. We walked across the street to Boston Pizza for dinner, which was only minutes away. There's a nice breakfast room with decent options. Overall, I'd stay again and recommend.
