The hotel was beautiful. The waitress/server in the dining room was very polite and professional. She provided excellent customer service.

The white lady, Abigail, who was brought over to assist was RUDE! I was trying to ask questions and she cut me off..acting like I was wrong and she didn’t take it a step further to see that I had used a. 3rd party. Another lady came up and took care of it.

1st room we had no air conditioner did not work in room they sent maintenance up but he couldn’t fix it was offered another room and that room TV did not work and worst thing that top the stay was I was giving my autistic son a bath and there was no cold water so what I thought was like warm water was scolding hot and when he got in he was screaming when I tried the bathroom sink water it was the same only hot water thank goodness he is ok and only put his feet in first we will never stay again and for what we paid in price was ridiculous for how our stay was

Very nice and accommodating, the hallways were super hot but other than that it was a pleasant experience. Should consider including bfast in price.

Granted, I had no knowledge of the area but its intimidating seeing zombies walking around outside all day and night. I have stayed at sheraton hotels before and this one was definitely not the best. The one thing I will say is, the hotel is totally locked down which I like. You cannot access elevators without your room key, and you cannot park in parking deck without a pass!

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Loved the shower which included handheld shower wand. However. Parking garage is tight and only for small cars.
