Our room doesn’t have heat, we tried to adjust the temp but the control is low battery. Temperature control doesn’t have a cover thats looks so dirty, you can even see the batteries inside that looks so old. I forgot to take a picture, but our number is 114

During check in, we were told we were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. The lobby was fair, but the staircase and railing were filthy. After dragging our bags up the stairs, we got to our room. The room had a smell. The toilet seat was either dirty or had chipped paint. Everything I touched was sticky or just dirty. The tv was analog. It gave me the feeling there could easily be bedbugs. There were vans and trucks pulling up with men who were staying there too. They were obviously workers who were coming back from a long day of work. That isn’t important except there were so many of them it seemed like they were the majority of the other guests. If the hotel was housing that many workers, they should have been transparent about that. They weren’t catering to travelers.

The young lady working behind the counter was not engaged at all; she wasn’t rude but very emotionless. She tried to get me to pay for my room even though it was already prepaid through Hotels.com

The parking lot is was to small and could not get our truck and trailer in to be able to safely park it. The room was over priced and the security deposit is more than any other Wyndham property for this price range or location. The door locks don’t work. The front lobby smelled like pot

No so good. Initial room smelled of smoke. The new room air conditioner in the ceiling leaked some water briefly. One lightbulb didn’t work. On chair was too dirty to sit in even after wiping.

Bathroom had moldie & torn shower curtain, floor was dirty & unclean, faucet leaked all over the counter, room smelled of smoke & unpleasant oders, front desk counter unclean at check in, no tissues. I doubt Wyndham executives would find this acceptable!!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. There was no heat. There was no hot water. I would not recommend this hotel. Arkansas in the winter no heat, or hot water.
