The facility was in close proximity to everything. I was there for a basketball tournament and I was only 1.5 from the gym which was great. The staff were great and very friendly and accommodating.

My shower head was a little outdated and needed to be replaced but it got the job done.

Very clean and inviting lobby and rooms.

Breakfast could have been warmer.

I requested that my room be cleaned every day and it didn't happen very disappointed

The room was not clean. There was some trash in the floor that o picked up, the bathroom just didn’t seem very clean and there was some kind of sticky substance spilled on the side of the tv stand. Other guest were arguing very loudly in the middle of the night and another guest was knocking things around in their room until 1am!

Door to the bathroom would not close and the cleanliness of the tube was disappointing.

Ate at 8:30 & food was sparse.

We stay here often, as we travel to a mission. Site in Louisiana. The beds and pillows are SO comfortable. Having the pool was nice this time because we had grandkids with us. ( The pool was a bit murky though.) Our room to accommodate 5 people was a great set up.

Pool was a bit murky. There is a sign in the lobby that says excuse our construction. Been there since at least February....

It was very clean and staff was great.

My door lock was broken and made it very hard to get out the room. I had already switched rooms because the first room AC was leaking. The second room door lock was broken. Didn't want to switch to a third room so I just dealt with it.

Easy freeway access. Good bed.

Bathroom was dirty. Used towels I. Shower.

I was double charged for my room and try to call by phone to rectifier the problem but the manager failed to return my call how can I get my problem corrected? 😡

my spouse is allergic to dogs and this hotel didn’t have any rooms that were “dog free”
