Nice place w good staff Restaurant is connected to the hotel and was very low key and friendly

It was very clean in the lobby, and the room was clean, but there was a terrible musty smell- we woke up feeling like we were getting sick, so not sure what the erratic HVAC was blowing on us all night. Fixtures look old, no nightstand or outlets on 1 side of the bed, toilet didn’t flush properly, etc. Needs some love- we expect better from Hilton properties.

When I arrived to check in, I saw a man walk through with his dog, heading up to his room and I also see a sign that says, "No pets allowed". No one said anything. My room was dirty. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed. There was hair on the bathroom floor and some on the bed which I didn't find till later that night. I went to flush the toilet and it wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up but after 5 or 10 min, no one came. Soon the toilet made noise and it was flushing again. The ice machine was broken on the main floor, and 3rd floor. I had to go to 2nd floor to get ice and then that stopped working. The air unit was LOUD and it still felt stuffy in my room. Luckily I did a bit of cleaning and brought spray to make the room smell better. This hotel is unacceptable for the price paid and the so called 4star rating. It sucks and it needs a total remodel. I'm happy not to stay there ever again. I felt so dirty while there.

Clean property/ friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms. Resteurant on property was very convenient.

The vast majority of ice machines, restrooms, and other “amenities” had out of order signs on them. Little frustrating

I saw a shoe print on the floor and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was a smell that wasn't too pleasant. It honestly looks as if nothing was wiped down. I actually wiped and disinfected the tables that were dirty. There was no air in the lobby or hallways. This hotel is listed as 4 star but it should be 2 star. Do better please. The best thing were the cookies. I was ready to check out and won't be staying again.

Very disappointing for a Doubletree. Booked well ahead for 3 people (king bed w/sofabed). Towels, etc only supplied for 2. Sofa bed only bare mattress when open - found minimal bedding in closet in poor shape. Housekeeping clearly ignored blinking low battery lights on clock & smoke detector, as well as microwave which had apparently been opened mid-cook by previous occupant. Staff was nice but a shoddy example of Doubletree standards.

Two mornings that I was there, I was not happy that they removed the free coffee from the lobby area before 10am. The air conditioner in our room was too loud because it maybe had an old fan so I did not get much sleep.

This was a disappointing stay. We arrive after midnight and left by 7:30 am the next day. We had driven from Orlando that day and just wanted to sleep before driving to MA the next day. - Toilet ran about every 10 minutes throughout our stay. - The AC did not work and the room was warm all net, - The body was bottle had fallen off the wall. - Shampoo and Conditioner bottles were empty. - Bathroom door handle did not work. - Parking could have been better.

Overall the the staff were great, the property itself needs some upkeep or renovation. Otherwise the area is fine and they make an overnight stay easy.
