Overall, my stay was good. Breakfast was great with different choices for my kids. The hotel is located near restaurants and gas stations, which came handy, and the area appeared to be safe. Our room was clean with the exception of hairs in the bathroom’s sink, shower/tub, and floor. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable, but this something I have encountered in other hotels. Other than that, everything was good.

The room had recently been updated and they had done a nice good with the updates. The room was clean, which is very important. The hotel staff was friendling and accommodating. Unfortunately, no elevators and outside entrances.

I had a two-day reservation for Friday and Saturday 27th and 28th of September I got there Friday the 27th paid for my room $254. Then on Saturday they charged my card another $127.01 for I do not know why and then Sunday while I am driving home after I checked out at 6:00 a.m. they charge me another $116 they've charged me double for my 2-day reservation I want some money back

The refrigerator and microwave were in the bathroom. The microwave plug had the grounding cut off. A room next to us was taped closed off due to fleas. The floor was so dirty, my socks were black after a few minutes of walking on it. Towels and bathroom necessities were not replaced after staff "cleaned" the room.

The a/c didn’t work in our work, so we had to move rooms. The area around the hotel was awful. Homeless/druggies. It seemed like there was a lot of long term stayers - which is fine , but a lady kept harassing us and wanted my dog.

We have to vacate our room at 1:00 in the morning as one of our party got bit on the back and the arm by bed bugs we lifted up the bed skirt and found a large infestation in the bed skirt we opted to sleep in the car for the rest of the night turn the key in at 1:00 and let the desk work know that it was badly infected with bed bugs

The room was very cool in temp which is nice when its over 100 outside. Its pet friendly which was also a plus. The water pressure wasnt too hard which is a first for me in hotels. The drink machine was broken and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
