Staff was excellent, but the facilities were a bit dated and the carpet in the hallways seemed old. Overall, a good experience because of the service, food, and value.

We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service.

I was given a room where cannot be flushed. The lady hotel staff was rude. Luckily, the manager is good. He exchanged the room for me.

Wooden floor hinging and noisy, old furniture and lack of a total blacked out shade were a downer for me. Bar food was a hit and a miss: decent steak tartar but the pizza was cold and hard. On their favor the beer was pretty cold and crispy.

Front desk staff wouldn’t let us check in until exactly 4 pm. The hotel needs a renovation. Very tired looking. This is not a five star experience . 4 star bus tour type hotel. Seedy neighborhood, but close to San Telmo attractions.

Impressive hotel in a quiet location. The room was large with very confortable beds. The breakfast was really good too.
The pool area was quite small and the water was far too cold for anyone to use! The courtyard garden was interesting.
