Great staff!! I mean the nicest most hospitable people. From arrival to leaving great experience and this was my second time at this hotel. The first visit was for my sister’s wedding which she had a suite for the bridal party and it was beautiful. I had an amazing experience then too.

This hotel was okay! Rooms are old and smell stale, it needs to be updated. No refrigerator in rooms.

All of the employees that I interacted with were very fine individuals. I’ll be in the area fairly often moving forward and will gladly stay here again when doing so.

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel's eternal view is incredible, but the rooms could use a modern look. The grimy carpet needs to be replaced with new floors. The staff was friendly and very customer service-oriented.

I have not received my emailed receipt. Upon checking out, that is what I opted for and the assistant said done! I'm still waiting 5 days later?

I did not get a chance to stay at the property. I canceled the reservation but was not granted a refund. I have stayed at this hotel for years. If a customer asks for a refund, don’t steal their money. Please refund it.

This is a beautiful Marriott hotel located on Lake Ponchatrain. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is super clean and smells great. The restaurant is wonderful and reasonable.

I had a great stay until this morning when the person next door or people had music playing so loud it could be heard down the hall and I could feel the vibrations of the bass before 6 am.
