Not even salt was available. Housekeeping knocking and opening door at 08:01. Front desk manager reimbursed parking fee - due to “unacceptable poor breakfast”

The hotel is right in front of the free bus stop to the ski gondola. Although a bit dated the room was nice and warm. A balcony was a great touch. Noise from the corridor came in easily so a door replacement will make it great. Wellness I think sauna was renovated to be great. Half board Friday dinner was awesome but Saturday dinner burger was not satisfactory.

Great location, very central to everything. Nice rooms, we also had a balcony which got the lovely afternoon sun. Bathroom was nice, although the main problem is the shower where the taps are on the side of the wall rather than at the end under the shower head, so you end up continuously knocking your elbows when trying to wash your body or hair. The spa area is nice, although its not sound proof or sound protected at all so while youre trying to relax all you can hear is the kids yelling in the pool. Same with the hallways, when you're in your room, you can hear when people are talking or walking around in the hallways. The restaurant for dinner is outstanding, and the breakfast is great, too.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the room felt like it had been renovated in the 90s. The SPA was unisex, used band aids floated around in the pool, and swimwear was not allowed. The hotel restaurant also said they don’t have any space for people staying at the hotel and recommended that I go to the train station for Indian food, because apparently everything else is fully booked during a weekend. No room service and no food at the bar. An absolute nightmare in every way. Never visit this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff, Incredible breakfast. Checked in late night and had trouble finding parking...Shiela was gracious enough to walk all the way down, guide me to the right slot and made sure I was set for the night. Never had such personal and attentive help at any hotel!
