Comfortable stay with friendly service. Bed was very comfortable. Best sleep I had all week! Also pretty quiet for being airport adjacent. Very accommodating hotel.

For a holiday time frame we understand that somw things are just not going to get done. But taking out the garbage shouldnt be one of the things not done. There was garbage stacked up in the ice machine room next to the garbage can. It was so bad that one of the bags was leaking what looked to be milk all over the floor. I didnt even try to go i to the ice machine room for fear of stepping in something and falling.
The elevator smelled like something waa rotting in it.
The food was pretty standard and served from 6 am to 10 am which was helpful.
The lobby area was clean.
Sadly we had issues with our room key on the second day. It juat stopped working.amd we had to go back to the feont desk to get it redone. I got a lecture fro. 3 different staff members about not putting the key next to my phone. I explained that i didnt, that i keep the key in a specific place to avoid that issue. My husbands key was alao not working and he keeps his in a special protective pouch to avoide such issues as well. And the fact we where not the only cuatomer who jad the exact same issue. It seems like the peraon who checked us in, only regiatered the ley for one night, not the entireof our stay. Thankfully it was fixed fairly easily.
We didnt use the room cleaning on all the days we where there, but the one day we did have the room cleaned, they didnt even touch the bathroom. Did everyrhing else except that, which was the one place we really needes service.

Tried calling hotel on 2 occasions to make sure 4am arrival to airport not a problem. The Only Shuttle was picking someone else up From a Different Hotel & Not Available. South Parking in Just around corner so left car there instead.

We have stayed here several times before because of location and value. Hotel seemed dirty this time with debris on the carpets and overflowing waste garbage cans in public areas. Room was clean though. No towels at the swimming pool and the coffee was not fresh. Maybe it was just a staffing problem over the holiday

This hotel was good for our needs. We just needed the one night near Asheville Regional Airport. Could not take a bath in the bathtub. Seemed a bit dilapidated and the smell of pine cleaner was pretty heavy when we got into the room. Otherwise, it was comfortable and met our needs after a long day.

Front desk service was not great. A bunch of kids who were not very social and acted like they rather be home. Room was nice and clean. Bath tub drained slow when taking a shower. Pool was nice but hot tub was not very clean and there were no towels when we went down after dinner

After being assured by the property the DAY OF our arrival that despite the computer glitch in July slowing airline arrivals that the shuttle would still be running for us, it was not. So we walked to the hotel in the rain to get to our room which had a dead AC system. Then at 1:30 am, we are told there are not other rooms with working AC. Quite sad, I demanded that the front staff contact the “manager” who quickly provided us a handicapped room with working AC. Would not recommend.

The property was non smoking yet the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. My floor was even worse than the lobby. I left.

Old and musky. The lights from the pool area kept me up even with the blackout curtains. Loud noise from something kept happening every 30 minutes.

Everything was just fine. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good selection at breakfast. Right by the highway. It was easy to adjust room temperature.

Third time staying at this hotel. First two times were great this time was a huge fail. First room we were given had fresh blood all over the carpet, a broken lock on the bathroom and mold on the ceiling. Changed rooms and that room was a bit better but had taco meat and rice all over the carpet. Breakfast was a disappointment this time. Watery gravy, undercooked biscuits and just overall meh. No pool towels both times we went. Super disappointed because we’ve really enjoyed this place twice in the last year just not this time. Not sure if I’d come back again after this time.

We enjoyed our stay, but water was not hot, so took a shower in a lukewarm water unfortunately. Otherwise, it was pleasant.

Great property with free parking during your stay & with paid long term parking available through the ParkMobile app that’s cheaper than the airport parking daily rates. Across the street from the Asheville Regional Airport and they have a free shuttle - front desk with schedule pick up for you. Shuttle driver was punctual and very friendly!
