We did not stay, after about 15 minutes in the room we asked if they had another room because our smelled of smoke very badly. It was in fact a non smoking room.
We would like a refund, the young lady at the front desk asked us to reach out to you all to do so.

We didn't know when we booked this hotel that there is remodeling going on. The room was comfy and quiet, seemed like it was one of the older rooms. The staff was friendly, the property was well maintained. There is a restaurant on site which my husband took advantage of this morning and he said it was reasonably priced and good

While older they are doing renovations. The room was nice we did order a queen and got 2 doubles. That was the only thing a little off, but we didnt complain about it because why. It also had a bathtub which is a plus. I wish more places had tubs.

The room smelled like mildew. There were cracks all along the baseboard. The TV didn't work properly. The ceiling had water stains and was peeling.

Horrible checked out early. Broken pool. Guy mumbling gibberish in lobby w ankle monitor on , for 8 hours straight, who come to find out is living at hotel. Clusters of smokers hanging out in groups at all entrances. It appears quite a few un-homed persons are living in hotel. Hotel has gotten so worn down and shabby in rooms , the couches and rugs are stained and worn. Multiple ceiling leaks that have been patched badly. Run, run far away

When I got there, they asked if I needed 1 or 2 beds. I only needed one so they moved me to a room with one bed and that’s all that fit into the room it was so small. I still paid the same. Total bait and switch.

The stay was terrible and deserves no stars. We went to use the pool. Neither Hotel.com or the hotel website said it was under construction and the pool wasn't in use. We also had to switch rooms because our carpet was wet and the room smelled like mill dew. There were also terrible stains on our sheets in our second room. I hope someone can make this right even if its a free stay or money back. We were really disappointed. As well as my boyfriends little girl. We were trying to surprise her to go swimming. Oh and the wifi did nothing for us because it wasnt working. We had to use our hotspots.

- The room 1st assigned to me smelled so moldy that they switched rooms. 2nd room, a bit more tolerable, smelled musty but less so than the 1st.
- Fitness Centre closed my entire stay due to "renovations"
"sorry for the inconvenience" sign said.
- Outside pool closed my entire stay. Gates locked by Fla. Dept. of Health due to some leakage, again sorry for the inconvenience (note: awarded me $67.23 pool refund).
- Back doors (auto sliding glass doors) were broken, could not enter or exit - sign said "Out of Order" please use side doors. Meaning to go out the back you had to walk around to either side of the hotel to enter/exit from the rear. this "out of order" was there from when I arrived to when I checked out.
- Family asked why would I even stay in a place like that..? I've questioned myself and can't find any logical answer. May have developed brain damage from the mold I inhaled in the room for 5 days.
However I can honestly say I'd never ever go back - Sorry Holiday Inn but all problems point to poor property management - install new management ASAP make the world a happy place..!!!
