Stayed for work and 5 star. This last work trip was ok. No hot water ,people next door smoked weed the whole week. People in and ot of the room like a drug house.

I found the room to be very clean and accommodating. Everything was great with the exception of 2 things.
1. In my second morning the maid knocked on the door to ask if I wanted my room cleaned, to which I said no. I left shortly thereafter and was gone for about 20 minutes. When I returned I noticed that someone had been in my room, my bath mat and bath towel were missing with no replacement in sight. She did come back about an hour later and ask again if I wanted service and I said no.
2. The maids were talking very loud right outside my door at 7:45 in the morning.

The room and beds are clean. In front desk stands a monitor and you speak with an agent to check-in and check-out via this monitor and web cam. All jobs done fast and easly.

I had stayed in the area and had stayed in a few hotels and had a great experience until this hotel. I had been trying to leave but needed a place to stay so I booked this place because it was inexpensive and I was broke. Do not come here if you need compassion there isn't a human in site there is a kiosk with a person behind it. Not only could we not check in. We got there at 1:30am until 3:00pm we had to wait. Then we would pay $30 and $100 deposit. So its cheap but you pay in the back end. They were unyielding so I spent my last night in my car. The money for the hotel was nonrefundable from hotels.com so I had no money to eat or gas. Overall I would never come back here I like a place with a personal touch which this place has none.

Great place. Stayed one night. Booked through this app and checked in 10mins later. Clean. Room had dehumidifier to address Florida humidity which made room comfortable. Clean room.

I didnt like how i was treated !!! The Indian ran hotel was un kept and foot traffic and noise all night long. Did i mention the Indian
ran hotel which mind you this is the 4th hotel I have stayed at in this area in less than 5 months that is being ran by Indian people :( And at every hotel they were rude to me for no reason. . Needless to say Im very disappointed :(

You speak with the front desk rep through a video kiosk, but it was easy and kinda interesting. Rooms are decent overall for the price point, but all the electric sockets were so worn out that I almost couldn't charge my phone.
