I reserved a room nearly a week before. I was called at six pm the day of my reservation to be informed that they would not have a room available. I was then given a space in a much worse room in a much worse area. Very unhappy.

I’ve stayed here in the past, but never had an experience like this. I had to constantly come out of my comfort zone to get towels to wash my body. I was only given one face towel the entire stay. Also the tv in room 430 doesn’t work as advertised. There was no signal the entire stay. The guest services was terrible and customer service was rude. I find it unfair that I’ve spent my hard earned money to a stay that I couldn’t enjoy. I’ve also witnessed people yelling and complaining early in the morning about uncleanliness and having bed bugs. My room was not cleaned one time

Such a nice hotel. This will be our go to when we’re visiting family in the area. Clean, friendly, great location. We’ll be back!

For being a four star hotel I was expecting it to be more high end. The room was very basic. One of the walls in the room was bulging and like that wall paper was peeling off the edge of the ceiling. The bathroom had very little towels. And in our room one of the main lamps on the bedside table had no light bulb after I called front desk to have someone come replace it nobody ever came to our room and I asked twice. I was not satisfied with this supposedly four star hotel. Was definitely expecting it to be more luxurious but it definitely is not high end.

Checked in and went to dinner. Came back to room and someone elses luggaage was in our room. When went to compain staff acted like it was our fault and said qe never checked in ( we had receipt and room key) tried to get us to pay an incidental fee again to get a new room. Took us over an hour to get any other room and convince them that we did check in earlier.

Dirty tired old hotel - no redeeming features. Smells, hairs everywhere in the bathroom, no house keeping, pool closed.

Went to check in room wasn’t ready or cleaned yet, water was cold, no towels and when asked we couldn’t have any until the next morning because they were dirty

It was a pleasant stay. The quality of the room and furniture differs from other Double Trees that I’ve stayed at.

Great, convenient location, adjacent to walking & biking paths, walking distance to several food options, Starbucks, Woodfield Mall & One Schaumburg Place. Facility needs upgrades, pool out of service & room had nearly non-existent tv service, bed was great but shower needs update. No in room checkout. Prime but neglected corporate center facility needs funding from Hilton corporate.

My room did not have a bar of soap in the bathroom, I was not given an additional wash cloth, when I asked for adittional pillows and blankets I was given a smelly blanket. Overall this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel in a very long time. I wouldn't reccomend staying here.

I was happy to see how clean and well kept it was. The room was nice and clean. The lady who signed us in was resourceful. She made sure we had a good stay, I will be back.

No access to the pool due to being closed for renovation. It was the only reason I booked the stay. It would have been helpful if this was reported prior to booking so that I could have looked somewhere else.

They left towels on dirty floor in halloutside of our room! Should have been in a bag like every other hotel we've stayed at. Sanitizerc stations empty. Buffet closed and didn't announce. We had an expensive 15 minute breakfast. Never going back nor would we suggest it.
