Great location, close walk to downtown Walla Walla! Very friendly staff, clean hotel and room was in like-new condition. Breakfast was really good, and the kitchen crew kept everything stocked and clean. The bed wasn't the best for my side-sleeping, but that isn't a bad reflection on the hotel. We will be back!

The front desk staff, comfort, cleanliness and breakfast were great. The only downside, like many hotels, is that the neighbors let their doors slam shut. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

The condition of the hotel is under average in comparison to other Best Western. Breakfast were having so small portion than eggs were never available.

Everything was nice. The check in was fast and the clerk was very knowledgeable and so friendly. The carpets in the halls need to be cleaned therefore I wondered if the rooms carpet needed a cleaning. We had service everyday and the room always looked nice and put together when we arrived. Breakfast was good. The ladies there worked hard to make us comfortable and fed. I would tay again

We paid $320 for a a very poor condition room : the room was saturated with a very bad and strange smell
Bathroom towel didn’t look clean , we found long hair between bathroom towels.
There was not enough paper towels in the room
Terrible Refrigerator noise during the night which made it difficult to sleep

My stay was probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had. My room was clean and roomy. All the amenities were there and good quality. I especially enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner. But my favorite thing was the high quality mattress. As an older person, it can be difficult to get a good nights sleep, but this mattress allowed me to sleep comfortably all night.

The options (full cleaning, partial cleaning, no cleaning, etc.) for daily cleaning of the room were appreciated. The outside temperatures during our stay were extraordinarily high, and the room's air conditioning was able to keep up with it. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive. The offerings at breakfast were nothing to write home about.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay so much that I extended by an additional night. Great breakfast choices, lots of potty areas for dogs and a spacious room.

Front desk was so helpful. Our air conditioner was not working and it was 95 outside. They changed our room and put us in a room with a new air conditioner
