Other than the pot smoking in the building, none of the usb ports working in the room, and having to sign up with the company rewards program for free WiFi, our stay was good.

Our room did not have a good view. However the customer service was very friendly and helpful. Pillows were too soft for us.

I asked for clean towels and garbage pick up after our first night and they never came. The room noise was horrible. Heard the elevator motor all the time. Could hear Someone in the room above us just walking.

The smell was overwhelming, starting in the lobby and continuing to the room. It was so bad we did not spend the night. Absolutely awful property. There was also a cyclical buzzing noise in the room.

First I did not get the king bed room I had requested.
My tub was not cleaned and still had water and hair in it.
There was a little nightlight plug in the bathroom which was nice but in the morning i noticed it was burnt on the back. Yikes.

They worked with us very well on our check in. We had an issue on our end, and they cheerfully corrected it for us. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Friendly staff and a fun stay for the four corners motorcycle rally. Quiet and away from the busy downtown area.

It's a nice place to stay and the breakfast was great! Easy check-in with wonderful staff. I'd definitely stay at this place again.

Hotel was very clean and quiet & dog friendly. It was tough to get to the dog relief area and the space was overgrown and a bit treacherous.

Overall in side customer service was fantastic. The sign from the street view could be larger to see going in at night very tall trees kinda creeps up on you
