We asked for a king bed we got two queen beds and the air conditioning didn’t work well I was hot all night.

I went to Tennessee on vacation, and spent over $600 on a room for 2 nights. NO COMPLAINTS. But when we got home to Michigan it was 2 or 3 in the morning, and I live over an hour away from my girlfriend, who has to be up at 7 to get her kids to school. So I went on hotel.com to get a room for me so she didn't have to spend another 2 hours driving back to my home, and car. When I got to the hotel, they said I didn't make a reservation. I guess since it was after a certain time the reservation is for the next day. She wouldn't just check me in anyways and then charge you the next day. I stead I lost my money, hotel.com won't give me a refund, I stayed the night in a cheap nasty ass hotel that I could afford after an expensive trip. I will never use hotel.com again if I don't get a refund. I didn't stay in the room, even though I arrived there. It was late, I was tired, and I didn't realize that when I reserved it it was the 23rd to the 24th instead of the 22nd to the 23rd because when I looked at the date on my phone it said it was the 23rd because it was after midnight. That's kinda tricky, especially after driving all day and night home. I'm not happy

We enjoyed everything about the stay. Room and all, it was just the greeting of staff and attitude? We’re from Minnesota and in a work place to communicate with the public and it’s our first day there? How were we to know ? Y’all use bags to use to get ice? No bucket in our room? But overall we were happy

The facility was very nice the location around the facility was nice the staff that was there when we checked in I found to be a little rude other than that though the overall experience was very nice

I’m a fan of Baymont hotels but this particular location did not meat my expectations. It shabby and ran down. I booked 3 rooms for my family and I and everyone of them smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was ok , only bad thing were the breakfast links not being cooked fully. Also I didn’t care for the outdoor pool. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was clean. breakfast was average. the hallway smelled of pot, not surprising because I think the whole state of Michigan smells like pot. Nice safe area with lots of restaurants to choose from.

The breakfast was ok , only bad thing were the breakfast links not being cooked fully. Also I didn’t care for the outdoor pool. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Called this property 2 hours before arriving. The lady was very polite upon answering the phone with a tone that sounded like she was foreign. Once she heard my voice her tone changed n she was rude for no reason. I understand people have bad days. I drove 2 hours went to go check in n the lady ask me if im sure the reservation was there. I pulled out my phone n double check. Definitely was the right place. She stated the manager canceled my booking because my card wouldnt go through n theres not any more rooms left. I told her i selected pay at site so how can she try to take a payment i didnt authorize. She said shes the manager and can do whatver. I asked when was my reservation canceled being i didnt get any notification. She said this am (lol) i asked her can i get a print out proof. She gave me a print out of my reservation n said the manager has to give me proof of the cancelation. I asked why cant she print me the notice from her screen n it escaladed from there. Lol. Stop playing with people time. I will be contacting EVERYONE I can talk to including the attorney general so be prepared!

Good location, near de highway and many restaurants very close. Swimling pool, nice rooms, vending machines and laundry. Really affordable.

I did no like the the rules about cleaning the rooms My room was no clean for three days. The clean rooms only 3 days a week that what the told me I was upset .
