We stayed during Los Sanfermines. It was a nice area away from the crowds. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The hotel has its own garage which is very convenient. The room had a nice size. The only things that I did not like were that the AC did not work properly and that to go to the Encierro we had to walk (about 30 minutes) because there were no taxis available and public transportation only starts after 7:00 AM.

The hotel is centric , big and near to the stop buses and other facilities how restaurants, drugstore and shoping. Very espacious and clean.

Nice room, comfortable beds. Bathroom with excellent shower and good towels. Very clean and quiet

MI ROOM WAS VERY HOT SO I TRIED TO USE THE ROOM AIR CONDITIONER, BUT IT DID NOT WORK. I WENT TO THE RECEPTIONISTS AND ASKED FOR SOMEBODY TO REVIEW IT. BUT, THEIR ANSWER WAS THAT THE HOTEL TEMPERATURE WAS ADJUSTED TO THE AUTUMN SEASON SO IT CANNOT BE CHANGED FOR EACH ROOM. THEY ALSO SAID THAT I HAVE TO OPEN THE WINDOW TO GET SOME AIR, BUT WHEN I DID IT THE NOISY FROM THE STREET WAS AWFUL, SO I COULD NOT REST OR STAY ON THE ROOM IN THE MORNING OR IN THE AFTERNOON.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helped us with all of our travel needs, even assisted us in arranging day trips to the local sights. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Excellent people, great room and breakfast hit the spot after running with the bulls on July 11th. Great location away from the all night revelry and 10 minute cab ride from the train station. Jose fixed our reservation issue along with Hotels.com in a three way call the night before we arrived giving us peace of mind as we travelled to Pamplona. Overall, outstanding! Grant and Ana Shouldice

We stayed during the San Fermin Festival. The fact that this hotel is not in or adjacent to the old town means that it is not noisy at night although we need to walk a bit (not too far) to get to the old town to see the bull running etc. We could still hear the sound of the firework but this is acceptable.

Across the street from the campus of the University of Navarre. Nice hotel, good staff. Free parking around the hotel.
