Pre-check in is a great option and they asked about room floor preferences which is much appreciated because my husband has mobility issues.

Great option when travelling with a pet because it is close to downtown at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and they even gave our pup her own sheet and a biscuit. The walls and ceilings are thin though so we heard every step above us. The bar was closed over labor day weekend so we didnt have a place on site to grab a nice drink (and the immediate area wasnt great). It was however very convenient, the spa/pool were great and the common areas were beautiful.

The lobby and bar area and outside areas with fireplaces were very attractive and welcoming. The personnel at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. Eric was especially helpful with looking up driving directions to our next destination. Bartender was great too. Convenient to downtown Bend and the mill district.

By far the most expensive place we stayes on a 16 night trip and by far the worst place we stayed. The bed, awful. What the heck was that entertainment center in the room? Absolutely hideous.
Absolutely not worrh the money and i will never stay there again. The photos are extremely deceiving. The only nice part was the fire pits by the office.

Solid stay. Definitely reminiscent of an old motel but they did a great job on making it look trendy. Pretty convenient for bopping around Bend.

Really well appointed, comfortable, and spacious room. Great base for doing activities around Bend. Handy washing facilities too. Downtown is walkable from the hotel - but not the nicest walk. Easy enough to use a rideshare app to get in and out though.

This is the way Hotels should be. Quiet, great air conditioning, plenty of space, proper hangers, good tv /cable set up. Just an outstanding place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel going and coming back from Montana, was a good half-way point. The hotel allows dogs - even offers an extra sheet and dog bone for dogs! The check-in counter has a selection of local beers and wine, the room was clean and spacious, beds comfy, the bathroom needed updating but was clean. Would stay here again!

The property was very clean and nicely updated. The only draw back was they did not offer any kind of breakfast. Even a muffin would have been nice. The restaurant was a food truck so really did not quality as a restaurant. This is first hotel in many years that I have stayed in that did not offer even a continental breakfast. The staff were excellent and having no carpeting was a plus.
