Reception to checkout, all staff were professional and welcoming. It’s enjoyable to converse with super pleasant staff. The property is in a great location and very beautiful. The cost and experience balance, it was well worth it. Breakfast is a tad spendy, but super good. Would highly recommend the Lenna

Great location in the heart of Salamanca Place. Loved reading the little book on the history of Lenna. If we had more time it would have been great to take a look around the this superb hotel.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Absolutely beautiful property, very friendly staff, rooms were very comfortable and centrally located. Just a short walk to Battery Point and so many restaurants in Hobart.

A hotel with classic charm. Very helpful and obliging staff. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities that we required, even a pair of binoculars to take in the fantastic view of the harbour.
Less than five minutes to walk to restaurants and the Saturday market, couldn't ask for a better location.
We have no hesitation in recommending this property as this will be our destination for return visits to Hobart.

Excellent service, parking availability and convenience. Smart and spacious rooms which are immaculately serviced. I'm looking forward to seeing Alexander's reopening sometime in the future. Fascinating history.

Loved our stay at Lenna. The room was spotless all staff very friendly and numerous dining options around Salamaca. Highly recommended.

Lovely room, excellent breakfast, beautiful furnishings and interesting history throughout. Pleasant helpful staff. An excellent lift. So close to Salamanca Place and the docks, but oh, that hill to manage down and up for older people. Too steep and narrow for tour pickups so one is forced to attempt it.

The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet so slept well. Couldn’t find fault with cleanliness. The pull out thingy for the change over of water from bath to shower didn’t work well and the a/c wasn’t heating enough to warm up the room.

Bottle of $9 crappy red wine from South Australia, when Tasmania has fantastic wines as a VIP benefit. I would think this hotel would support the locals. We didn’t drink it and left it behind. Build up dust on light fittings and generally poor standard. Breakfast was poor. I would not eat here ever again. Actually will never stay again even though have a number of times previously. Staff asked us if we would change our breakfast order as they made a different breakfast in error. At least the reception took the breakfast from the bill. Chef should eat at a couple restaurants close by to see what service and quality they give. One piece of toast, plastic wrap ham, hollandaise from a jar and two poached eggs with a wilted lettuce leaf as garnish! It was even worse than it sounds. The coffee was bad. The self service was garbage so we ordered a coffee, it was warm milk with a faint coffee taste. Bad bad bad. We did not enjoy the hotel and will not return, especially as there are lots of alternatives at the price charged.
