In a quiet area just off the interstate but away from the noise. Rooms are nice but a little dated. Price per night was very good as compared to the surrounding area. Great hotel for a one night stay.

Listed as a smoke-free property with smokers outside the front door, vaping in the back lot near the outdoor ashtray. Lights out in our entrance/stairwell. Two ants killed in the room on arrival. Dirty room. 6'4" 200#, I checked all corners going through doors

Cheap stay hotel. First leg of our PA trip we stayed here 2/ rooms both had ants. Second leg on yhe way back. Got charged $20 per fee which we weren't charged the first stay. Very unorganized and poorly managed property. The breakfast may ha e saved a star on this rating.

Nice property

This was Halfway point for final destination for family vacation. Pictures are outdated. Air conditioning was not on, when we walked in the room it was 90 degrees. There was an old shirt in the drawers. The bathroom was NOT cleaned in I don’t know how long. We had to wash our feet after walking in the room. I saw multiple spiders. It was a dump. We chose this hotel because it had a pool, but pool was out of service.

Our room had a strong musty/mildew smell. Keypad on the door quit working and we were locked out of our room for probably 20-30 minutes.

My family and I have stayed at this location several times. Its almost perfectly halfway between our home in SC, amd our Ohio family. Preciously, had not had a bad experience. I wouldnt even say this was a "bad" experience. However, there has been a noted drop in service and upkeep here over the past couple of visits. This most recent trip had a couple of issues. Most notably, we arrived at the breakfast area and saw everything was pulled and removed. I looked at my watch, and saw it was 9:02. When i asked if they could bring anything back out, I was told "Close at 9!". I understand I was past the posted closing time, but Ive never seen a breakfast are get fully put away in 2 minutes, so I have to assume they started closing it early. I could look past it but, when i went to buy pop from the front desk, i pulled out 2 warm Doet Cokes from a refrigerator (that, I guess, was only there for esthetic reasons). When my wofe went to get an extra pillow and blanket, she was directed to a room "behind the scenes" to retrieve them which made her feel very uncomfortable. Im not sure if ownership has changed, but we'll be trying another stop in Whytheville in 2 weeks when we meet our family again.

Great hotel for the price and very nice breakfast buffet. The pool was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures and looked pretty rundown. The rooms felt newer but the building appeared outdated. The guys at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

Needed a CLEAN place to lay our heads. Made last minute reservations for 2 room. Kids enjoyed the pool and are looking forward to free breakfast in the morning.
