With all my years booking with Expedia, this was the first hotel that I had issues with, in regards to a check-in. It was a nightmare, even after I submitted my paid receipt. Hotel receptionist had to call her manager to confirm reservation, then I was asked to call Expedia myself. After 15 minutes, they took care of the problem. Was not pleased with the service; however, they wound up giving us a nice room. Would probably never stay again!

I heard the rumor roach motel but I never thought I’d actually check in to one. The first room had live bugs around the door on the inside of the room and several more leading through and to the bathroom. I asked to change rooms, same thing. The rest of the property was dingy and dirty. I asked to check out and get a refund due to the bugs and dirt and possible bed bugs. I was given a receipt stating I checked out the next day! When I asked for it changed to the current day showing I had only been there a few minutes, he scratched out the date and wrote the new one. He then told me I was going to be refunded. Needless to say the help was incompetent and rude. I had to request from my bank before it went through. Worst hotel ever! I checked into another hotel for the same price and it was waaaaay better.

There was a nasty pullout bed in the room. TV didn’t work. They implemented a text line for the front desk which was responsive but never followed through with requests that were made.

The tv did not have a hdmi to the cable box, front desk was not helpful in the slightest.

The rooms seemed a little dirty, like algae in the tub by the seams, carpet seemed very dirty. Bed not really comfy, but not too bad. Remote to TV only allowed us to turn it on and adjust the volume, and nothing more. That would have been ok, but all we could watch was Nikelodeon. We're grown ass adults. It's ok, but meant for kids.

rooms really needed to be spiffed up. carpet was nice, but paint were soiled. paint did not extend to wall behind the head-board. rooms were not ready until well after 4. breakfast was much better than expected.

Our check in girl was amazing a super sweet! Our room was clean, comforter was not. Bed was soooo bad my husband and I woke up and could not move! Luckily I had pain relievers and muscle relaxers. A handful of those and it still didn’t help. We decided about 1:30 that we could not stay the extra day because of the bed. So we asked if we could check out early and the new check in girl said nope and we couldn’t get any of our money back for Saturday. So we left anyway and lost over $120!

We needed a quick place due to a benefit tournament and this hotel was immediately available. Nice, clean room. You could tell the housekeeper was aware and is proud to provide quality service. Good quiet night of sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a refresh. Service was friendly, but the hotel had a strange odor (maybe from cleaning products or fresheners?) and was musty. Also didn’t appreciate getting a check-out text message just after 8am when trying to rest after a long night of travel. Not a good value for the money.
