First stay here. Rooms do NOT have a personal safe for property of yours. Screen door damaged leading to balcony. Otherwise, nice upgraded property.

Wouldn’t do late check out and didn’t have a reason why just told me not today and was rude in the tone of voice. This was the morning lady but the guy at night had great service and very welcoming

The front desk staff is friendly. The room was clean. The restaurant staff is professional. It is a smaller hotel/casino, which may be a good choice for folks who prefer a more quiet atmosphere.

Thr room was cleaned and was as described. Nice big room and nice clean bathroom My only issue was the pillows were really thick, not used to real thick pillows. I got some towels and used them as pillows. This could be a me issue. I would still recommend and I would stay here again.

The casino hotel is very clean, comfortable, and modern. It had two restaurants, a gift shop, and an express store. Parking was free. Unfortunately, the advertised hot tub was closed for the season because it is outdoors. Our room looked so new and the beds were very comfortable.
We tried to order food from the restaurant to take back to our room, but they told us we had to come down and order at the bar. That was annoying so we decided to skip eating in the hotel.
They also charge a ~$34 resort fee but we knew that going into it. Still paid a great price for a great hotel room in downtown Reno.

Very clean rooms, but the shower was a terrible design. There is no way to turn on the shower and warm things up before you climb in. You are stuck getting doused with cold water.
Other than that, it was a positive experience.

This is the newest hotel in reno and it shows! Very nice, clean, and just the feel for the place is just so modern. Would highly recommend and plan on returning..

I really don't want to give 5 stars because I'd like J to stay secret. I'm afraid their prices will skyrocket once people figure out they have amazing accommodations and are extremely affordable.

The property is a bit dated. Also at breakfast I ordered a tomato juice and got billed for a very expensive bloody mary. I was in a hurry so I just paid it. I would stay there again, people were very friendly, but it's definitely not a 5-star experience.

I enjoyed staying staying here with my kids. Good location, nice hotel and Security is always around. They also have a nice fitness center. I would stay here again!

The rooms looked brand new. Everything in the rooms were updated; The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning service was thorough. The room was quiet and it has a great view of the city

Cool!! Came for band competition for kid, the reviews on Yelp were horrible. I was a bit hesitant to stay due to reviews. Figures we give it a try..Wow!! Clean rooms no bed bugs as some wound say we checked nada! Only thing was the little kitchenette sink was dirty we didn’t use it so off limits. The staff is super nice and friendly. Only hiccup was at restaurant the waiter with glasses was a douche. We probably won’t eat there again. Food was good but he didn’t nothing. Will stay again for sure

Great location. Figuring out the parking lot with valet and self-park was a bit tricky, but it all worked out.
