It was wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a beautiful view . It was our anniversary and one best. I love Rosen hotels.

Such an amazing place for our girls weekend trip for my birthday! Originally we were at a different hotel down the street that we weren't happy with, so we left and came here instead, and boy was it worth it!! The room and bathrooms was clean and it was quiet!! Beds and pillows were comfortable as well!!

Does not matter how friendly your staff was, fact the room was not clean. Free parking was a hassle, paying for garage parking at $28.00/per night was out outrageous. Only getting 1 night of coffee seemed cheap, had to order coffee for 2 people at $30.00 plus room service, plus gratuity fees. Restaurants inside the hotel prices were outrageous. Nickle & dime you to death. I will not stay in this hotel in the future. The toilet paper was so thin, bet Mr. Harris Rosen does not use this toilet paper in his own home why put it in your hotels?

First time staying at Rosen Centre. Check in experience was poor. Front desk lady with glasses (name started with “L”, I think it was “Laila” or similar) did not seem in good mood and did not offer good customer service. I asked for a floor higher than 2, and without even checking her availability she immediately answered in rude tone “that is the only king left” and didn’t give any options. I was given a disabled accessibility room in 2nd floor facing the front lobby /valet area, not very pleasant and view sucked. I had to keep window shades closed for privacy which was a bummer. Bed was comfortable but room didn’t seem fully clean, with Bobbi pins and items from previous guest still left in room. Food and service at Harry’s poolside bar was good, Destini was a great server. Hotel capacity seemed low and was confirmed with several hotel employees working throughout the night, so was surprised by the check in experience. Also, hotel seems to be stuck in early 2000’s, with their carpets, lobby, restaurants/shops, and pool area. All of these areas can use an update. I will most likely not stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend, based on overall experience. Rosen, with the amount of presence you have in Orlando, and assuming decent profitability between all the properties, you can do better.

Comfortable and safe place for single mother and child. The pool was the perfect temperature and accessible til 11:00. Staff were very friendly and accomadating. Onsite restaurants were convenient. Also close to Icon Park, shopping and Disney Springs.

Pillows were not comfortable and hot water diverter in shower was not working properly. Overall, property is in good condition but dated.

We had a great night here! This was a very clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious I don't even have any complaints . Defiantly will stay here again.

I forgot my bag with my chargers and battery pack and the housekeeper had turned it in, I was able to pick it up!! Thank you so much for that! I’ve stayed here with my family a few times and we’ve always enjoyed our stay!

It an amazing hotel, great location, wonderful staff. They only complaint was the hot water in the shower and sink. Had to run for a good while before it was hot. I was on the 12th floor.

Beautiful, clean hotel, great location. The only downside is that the parking garage it’s a very LONG walk to the elevators that take you up to the rooms, so be prepared to walk or pay the $40 for valet parking and problem solved.
