Executive hotel?? False advertising!! What a dump hotel !! Get a room on the second floor & be prepared to have to schlepp your suitcases up and down the stairs! No elevator exists in this hotel.
No restaurant or bar in the hotel either. So before you check in and get comfortable, stop somewhere and get supplies if you want anything. Also, they only leave you with one packet of coffee to make one small cup, unless you’re ok using the decaf one too.
The ironing board was damaged so I had to prop up the legs under the air conditioner to stay standing up. Another last minute surprise, but I managed.
One of the bedside lamps had a burned out bulb too.
Thankfully I was only there for one night ! I informed the front desk upon check out of the issues and he didn’t seem too concerned. I’m not even sure if he wrote it down.
I’m especially glad I saved $30.00 by booking online instead of directly with the hotel. They wanted $176.00 night . This is a $99.00 @ night hotel at best.

It was a nice room. We were there for one night before getting on our cruise the next day. Everything you would need for a quick one night trip. Room was comfortable, bed was nice, AC worked well. Staff was very friendly

Just passably clean and Safe enough. Wi-Fi was problematic for gaming. Bed firm and uncomfortable. Fine in a pinch but wouldn't come back

Expedia website says that this hotel provides breakfast. The hotel doesn't tell you that they don't have breakfast only a microwave and coffee until you've paid your money. Once paid they won't refund your money..

Unfriendly staff, in room phone didn’t work for the whole time, had to request in person to get extra towels and to have the room cleaned.

There were no pool or breakfast available and not even an option. Based on other hotels close by, this one should have been the cheapest since it doesnt offer much compared to the others. There are no elevators and the carpet in the staircases are old and smelly. Some updates to those areas would be nice.

Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. Front desk worker was knowledge and friendly. Easy access to grab a quick bite late at night with a Wendy's, Burger King and Dunkin nearby. Would definitely recommend!
