It was okay, I requested service to clean the room and they didnt come and clean it for 3 days. The trash had be piled at a corner of the room made the ambience uncomfortable. The main entrance or lobby looks great.

This is a great hotel for a family to stay. The 2 rooms are great for 5 or 6 people. We loved all of the mirrors and the extra sinks. It made it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time without fighting for the bathroom. The free breakfast and eating area is the best I've seen. Made to order omelets along with many other food options to choose from and lots of seating. The weekend hours were great too, available until 10:30am so we could sleep in. Noon checkout is always nice as well. The rooms were clean. The bathroom is very small but with the extra mirrors and sinks in the 2 other rooms it didn't matter. I loved that you could close the door between the sitting area and the bedroom area so if some people want to stay up later without disturbing the others you can. 2 TV's were nice as well. This was our 2nd stay here and we will definitely be back. The price was great!

Every time I go to Minnesota I stay there, I really like that hotel, it is very nice although many people say it looks old but inside it is nice and clean and the service is very good, the only thing this time is the sheets on the sofa bed were covered in dirt or something else that I had to shake off because it felt very uncomfortable and it would only be a suggestion to make sure they are clean before the clients enter. but in general everything is fine. Of course I will continue staying at that hotel.

Hotels.com charged us twice the value of the room and then didn't communicate the correct information about the room and we had to ask the hotel for what Hotels.com charged us for. Gratefully the hotel was accommodation accommodating. The bathroom in the room actually smelled like sewer...not so great. Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. Also like the separate living room area in the room.

An extra $100 fee added at check in. $50 per night for incidentals? Should be refunded if they don't find any incidentals to keep it for. Cockroach in room one, mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room two has wallpaper scotch taped to the wall. No bugs that we saw however in the end more mold was found in the bathroom and sitting area after a check but I was tired and didn't want to fight to move rooms again. Bathroom mirror was swollen and cracked from the amount of condensation it has absorbed. The ottoman in the sitting room had a broken under liner hanging down. The walls were disgusting. The towels all ended up having stains. One bed didn't have a fitted sheet. Breakfast was mid at best. Hotel staff will let anyone through the side doors without any proof they are staying at the hotel. Front desk staff was always curt and just off putting. We stayed, we left. After reading reviews on Google I didn't even ask to speak with management about my issues because they don't issue refunds and management is awful. 0/10 would not stay here again.

I usually stay at the ES closer to the airport. Choose this was closer to business needs and was told over the phone they DID have airport shuttle (but they do NOT). That cost me five taxi trips. Asked for a couple new bulbs for room as they were burnt out, was asked if I knew how to use a light switch (prick). Housekeeping replaced them on second request. Same prick denied giving my wife a room key. I needed to reach out to manager, and she got in. The room is rundown and dirty, nail clippings and dirt on floor, filthy bathroom as well. Would never stat here again.

Staff were very friendly. We were on the first floor near the dining area which made it very noisy.

Room was large. Hotel very nice, great breakfast, happy hour.

Very outdated property. Room had several things that needed to be repaired. Breakfast was great but property definitely not up to the standards of an Embassy Suites

Huge rooms, dated but nice. very nice free breakfast but long lineups when hotel is busy. Happy hour is nice in huge atrium but food only chips, salsa, cold popcorn and veggies/dip

Easy check in, great accomodations, good value. The only thing that I would have liked here is a hot tub.

But the front desk service was terrible, very rude, and impolite didn’t let me ask what I needed and were very rushed. They had aditude and were disrespectful that is not the type of service you should be greeted with.

Staff were exceptional and gave me all the information I needed. Wonderful made to order breakfast and reception the night before. Comfortable beds and close to everything I needed.
