Ten bucks to park 200 bucks. Deposit for party animals One ice machine for entire bldg located on first floor Minimal toiletries provided 1 ounce shampoo 1 ounce body wash 1 ounce of what looked like lotion Linoleum tile floor should be replaced..my walk from shower to bed...had me feeling as if I was on beach .. immediately after arriving to room ..hadn't been to beach yet .. Room door lock was loose which was concerning...tried to call the desk to report it...n my oh my...the phone doesn't work.. The view from room 719 was spectacular.. the bed in room 719 was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on..long story short .I got what I paid for... Will I stay there again Unlikely

Honeymoon trip. Beach was beautiful. Service was great. Did have roaches in coffee maker and bathroom.

This was our second time staying here it wonderful. They have a good restaurant and a bar by the pool two great pools with the hot tub. The rooms are always very clean and the golf view is gorgeous!!

This was an anniversary get a way and it couldn't have been better. Great room, staff were very helpful and the property is so close to amazing restaurants. Just booked another stay, sadly its only one night for business. This will definitely be our go to Fort Walton stay.

Enjoyed the stay there and what a beautiful view. The pool is a nice size and liked the lay out of the buildings. You don't seem to be as packed in as some of the other places we have stayed in the past. This is a very good value and would recommend.

We visited for my birthday trip and had a wonderful stay here. We had zero issues the 3 nights we were there. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. This was a 1 night stay and the staff was outstanding! We had a car battery issue and several staff members were very helpful. The 1 bedroom suite and gulf view were great! We enjoy the location of this property, pools, and 24 hour game room. Great place to stay! We will return for a 3rd trip..

The staff was amazing hotel and grounds were always being cleaned. Pool was clean and comfortable. As for the king suite. VERY old and run down!!! Bed very uncomfortable. Suite was cozy and quant but needs remodeling. As For the standad king room we had for our last night..... was very nice and not as bad of shape.

Arrived to check in and it wasn’t too bad. Except the $10 a day to park which is not cool if the public parks for free. Then got to the room and it wasn’t as advertised. Old and dated with broken door locks. Then we noticed the roaches. Then the old broke down bed. The second morning we had maintenance workers barge in without knocking at 9am. And one stood staring at my wife in bed. I had to run them off. Called to talk to a manager and one was not on duty. They said they’d leave a message and have one call me. Never got a call. And maintenance hammered and banged in other rooms all day long. Now back to the paying to park. The 3rd day a shipping container was brought in and took up a whole side of the parking lot. Which is ridiculous when the hotel is full. Will definitely never stay here again and will not recommend anyone stay there.

I've stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints but this time the staff went above and beyond and its greatly appreciated

We were greeted with what looked like a great hotel. But were face to face with cockroaches and the appliances were extremely finicky. On the surface it was amazing but we were sadly a little disappointed. We finished the stay out as we just wanted to enjoy our vacation and not try to find another hotel at last minute prices. Don’t get stuck in our predicament.

I chose this location as it was close to my friends condo . The lighting outside the rooms was not acceptable and 39 minutes before sunrise when the rest of the brushing had lighting my side did not and it felt very unsafe - elevator was slow - and the luggage rack to assist you in carrying was only one and had to stay outside - poor in that regard - as for parking I should have read the contract better - I wasn’t aware I was paying to park in the parking lot - why I I was told I had to place the parking placed in my car so as not to be towed -everything else was verbally explained to me - not sure if I would come back as it felt unsafe for a person traveling alone and it is outdated and not as in good pres station as it was a few years ago

Our recent stay Garden as an extension of our Destin trip was unfortunately a disappointing experience. The hotel seemed to be poorly managed and maintained, with evident cost-cutting measures in many areas. Who ever owns this does not have enough money to run it. The interior design was dated and cheap. The walls were painted with a high-gloss paint that highlighted every imperfection, and the furniture was black, mismatched and low-quality. The lack of proper ventilation made the rooms feel stuffy and damp. Additionally, repairs seemed to have been done hastily and poorly, with visible flaws and imperfections. Obviously they didn't hire professionals. At check-in, we were told to wait for an ocean view room, but were eventually assigned a pool view. When we inquired about a room change, we were informed that it would incur additional charges. It's worth noting that many amenities in Florida, such as beach chairs and towels, come at an extra cost. This can quickly add up and make the overall experience more expensive than anticipated. They have a coffee shop, but I don't know when it's open, it never was while we were there. Overall, our stay at Garden was disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel to others due to its poor management & outdated facilities. We hope that the owners will take steps to improve the quality of their hotel and provide a better experience for future guests. Shame on Wyndham as well for not ensuring quality here.

My husband and I were both pleased with our view and the amenities. The staff were all very helpful. There was a confusing mix up with our check in, but it did not cause any major issue with our stay. Unfortunately the hurricane Helene cut our stay short, and we had to reluctantly leave a day early.
