The staff at this hotel are amazing! The check in clerk was awesome. The housekeeping do a great job. And the grounds keeping keep the outside very clean.

This was trip number 11 to the area in the last 18 months and we have stayed in a lot of other budget hotels. This one is our new favorite and we have already booked our next stay. Its a budget hotel, so no frills, but there were things that stood out to me over other places. One thing that I do like is that they don't do bedspreads, they instead sandwich a blanket between fresh sheets, so you have a clean surface touching you. There was no mold in the bathroom, as there is in many other hotels in CA, as its a humid place. There was carpet, but it didn't feel/look/smell gross and my feet didn't turn black after 3 steps. In the corners and more hidden places, there wasn't lots of dust and grime, so you can tell they actually do clean pretty well. One thing was annoying but not a huge deal-the curtains are far away from the window, so light leaks in. My only real negative is that the door to the bathroom is a barn door, so no sound barrier and you can see through the gap. Housekeeping took our trash out and brought us fresh towels without asking, which was appreciated! The front desk has towels for the pool, which was clean and quiet when we went there. No hot tub, but that was fine with us. Front desk staff was very kind during check in, check out, and asking for pool towels. OH, there are also bathrooms in the lobby which is nice if you can't wait for your family to finish in the shower or if you need to do something not delicate!

Stayed here during a trip to Disneyland. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, food, and freeway. We have stayed here at least 6 or 7 times and it’s been pleasant. I feel safe coming back late at night. My only complaints are the parking availability and that the elevator is slow.

As usual my stay was great. I forgot the gentleman's name who checked me in. But, he was so friendly and helpful.

I could just tell that the linen hadn’t been changed. The pillows in one of our beds had some weird green stains along with food stains on them. And the worst part is the housekeeper tried to cover it up by putting a “cleaner” pillow on top of it. So if I handy flipped the pillows I wouldnt have noticed. I was so disgusted I had to go back down To the lobby to get cleaner pillows because no one could bring them up to my family. I am at this property at least 2 times a year for about 4 years now. I won’t be staying here with my family again.

Lobby checkin ok. Room was small. No coffee in room, concession only on third floor machine only accepts credit cards. Diner and fast food within 200feet.

Staffs are professional and 10 minutes to Disney that really worked for our vacation. I will definitely staying there again.

The room was clean and staff were friendly. However, when we got to our room there was no shower curtain and when we asked for one the front desk told us th a t theu were in the wash. The guy at the front desk did offer to switch room, but Indeclined as we were already settled into the room. He said thsy someone would bring a shower curtian in the morning, but it never happened so I called up to the front desk. No one ever came and when I asked the lady cleaning the rooms if I could have a shower curtain, she was like as housekeeping. Luckily, a maintenance man overheard what was happening and got me a shower curtain. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The pool was warm and clean and they provode you towels for the pool at the front desk
