Breakfast was free which is great but the eggs were inedible.

Beds were miserable, children running around could hear everyone through the walls

Our room was near the ppol so from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. it was very noisy..Also the maintenance was near our room..You could hear them all hours of the day and night..need new pillows!!!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. We booked the room, requested an ADA compliant room through Hotels.com as well as Called the Hotel. Room was confirmed only to find out that the room when we arrived was not ADA compliant, nor did they have any available. We ended up located on the second floor, pool balcony interior. Construction was taking place on the rooms opposite of ours which led to unrestful nights. ADA Compliant parking was scarce, some odd four or so spots. No effort was made by staff, at any point, to offer us an ADA compliant room when one was available. The stay was for a Week at around 900$.
I want a refund honestly.

The hotel is in a great location for enjoying the other activities in Pigeon Forge. Great value for the money. My only suggestion is to use brighter lightbulbs. The room is a little dark. The orange paint on walls contributes to the darkness.

Econo Lodge is a nice, realtively inexpensive place to stay in Pidgeon Forge. It is located right on the main road and is conveniently located. Hotel rooms do look older, but the bed was comfortable. Parking is free. There is a nice river/stream on the back side with some sitting areas

We have stayed at this location many times, this stay we really noticed it seems to need updating. Was surprised there was no hair dryer in the room. Overall still good convenient place to stay.

This was a good hotel since we weren’t in it that much. The pools were nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in a good place and the the river was nice. The room we had was not the best. It had a smell as soon as we walked in and the carpet was not very good.

This hotel was really good value for money, especially in comparison to other econolodges, was clean and comfortable wasn't outdated, breakfast could use some improving, not bagels and they water down the orange juice. Would stay again.

Our stay was “okay”. We’re an elder couple and our room was front door to the pool. It was noisy from about 6pm until 10pm. The room was very clean and our bed was comfy. We would stay again but not next to swimming pool.

It was a beautiful area. The river is such a great area. The pool and facilities are very clean. The room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel. The only complait is the sounds from outside are loud in the room and the ac unit needs some attention

My wife and I love to stay at this hotel! Location is great with a beautiful river around back! We love to walk to the Christmas Place next door and take a romantic walk at night under the lights! Love the great cozy feeling in the rooms and it’s always clean, which is a MUST!

It was just a place to sleep. Nothing fancy. Was overpriced. Didn’t appreciate the maid standing outside our door at 10:00 waiting for us to check out.
