A great deal of construction was going on. When I needed something from the front desk, they were attentive. The facility was a little bit compromise during my stay.

The STOP WORK notice (dated 6/28/24) on the front door was an immediate red flag. There was no room cleaning or towel service unless requested, but there was no notice about this. Coming back from a long day of work ready to hit the shower and being greeted by the same pile of dirty towels we had left was how we learned of this. The pool was closed. The front desk had plywood panels for sides. Breakfast fare was awful coffee and two prepackaged snacks. Only tea available was green tea. Our first morning we were greeted by a sloppy wet floor in the entire eating and check in areas - they were mopping during “breakfast” hours. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, but that was the only good thing I can say. The rating on Hotels.com was very misleading. I would never stay there again.

Dirty gym out of order pool out of order limited food room old with broken items and dirty parking lot poorly maintained will never stay here again

Room furnishings in poor worn condition, uncarpeted floors needed swept. Multiple electrical outlets were loose in the wall. No "Do Not Disturb/Service Room" sign available for room. No maid service was provided. Loud late-night activity on second floor above room not addressed by hotel staff.

I was very disappointed when I arrived. It was NOT clean. The furniture was in bad condition. The sheet had a stain the walls were dirty and it smelled. I had to ask for a floor mat for the shower. Towels were not in good condition. Shower had mold on the frame. I know it was more economical but to be honest it can be a simple place but clean.

Terrible property. Broken curtains, dingy old. Up all night with yelling in the halls (midnight to 2am). Adjacent room walls paper thin and heard every conversation (could process every WORD) starting at 4am. Door to room completely damaged in 2 places from crowbar. Photos are like lipstick on a pig. Honestly this hotel room cost 155$ after taxes. I believe this room was a $60 room, (max!). Crazy!

Property is a former Econo lodge that they have not finished updating. The bed was very uncomfortable. The fan on the air conditioner did not work well. the furniture in the room looked beat up. They had painted and put new flooring in the common areas and some of the rooms.

The pool was not open; we should have been informed of this prior to checking in. The temperature outside was in the mid-90's. We were looking forward to swimming. The air conditioner was loud and turned on every ten minutes. So we were either sweating or freezing all night long. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 blueberry muffins and packaged granola bars. The staff was friendly. The hotel is under renovation and is looking very nice. But, the air conditioner and the breakfast left us very sad and aggrevated.

This place was awful. Took my reservation despite being closed for renovation. Sent me to a sister location that was terrible — dirty, loud activity all times of night, broken AC, etc.
