This may be one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff bent over backwards to make us happy. The day we checked in, the clerk noticed on my passport that it was my birthday. She was charming wishing me a happy birthday. Then two minutes after entering our room, she called to make sure everything was ok. Then about a half hour later, she personally brought to the room a dish a chocolates and a hand-written card welcoming us and again wishing me a happy birthday. The whole staff was like that throughout our whole stay. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Amazing customer service. Fantastic adjoining rooms on 15th floor with superb city views.
Breakfast was also fantastic with so many options. Very close to Metro and tram stations and a 15 minute walk to museum square
