Very comfortable and quiet motel at a location convenient to Dollywood.

The room was clean and the front staff were nice. But i killed a roach in our room and little small bugs were flying in the bathroom. The hotel has 201 rooms they have a hot tub that will only seat 4 ADULTS. why other people coming tired would like to relax in the hot tub this is one reason we booked with them is it looks like the hot tub is big. The breakfast is the same every day [we stayed 4 days] 201 rooms and about 45 chairs for everyone to be able to have a seat. guess we will keep looking next time.

This hotel and the identical one across the parkway was a great place to stay. No problems finding it. No trouble checking in and getting to rhe room was a breeze. It was great for rhe kids who loved swimming and playing in a indoor heated pool. Minutes from the island and most entertainment and eminities.

Nice clean hotel. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. A great location within walking distance of many shopping centers/stores.

First trip to Pigeon Forge in a very long time. I normally don't stay in hotels with outside corridors, and I remembered why. The room was nice, clean, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very small

Stay was nice. The place was clean. I was impressed with how clean they kept the breakfast area considering how many people were flowing through. All in all a good experience. I would stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the sink backing up when we first arrived, the head cleaner came back and fixed the issue right away. The floors were dirty, my toddlers feet were black… you may want to wear slippers or flip flops if you stay here. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Impossible to walk across the street. And takes awhile to get someone at the front desk to answer the phone. But overall perfect for our stay

We enjoyed our room being next door to the indoor pool. We only used the hot tub since the pool water was cold.

Property was well maintained even with car show going on there was still ample parking for paying guests. Small square pillows to sleep on was less than desirable and not many TV channels.

The Best Western plaza in in pigeon forge was by far the cleanest and nicest hotel I have stayed in for the price range. We got the room with the fireplace in it which was really nice. The room smelled clean and fresh everyday and our housekeeper Nelly (or Holly) was thorough and thoughtful. The room was extremely spacious and inviting. Enjoyed the multiple pools and hot tubs very much. The breakfast each morning was excellent for a continental breakfast. Offerings include biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties breads and pastries, yogurt, peaches, oatmeal, cereal and fresh milk, and waffles in the shape of a teddy bear. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone! It was close to everything, just 15 minutes to destinations in Gatlinburg and 6 minutes to Dollywood. Lots of food options within walking distance too.
