Everything was ok since we got there. Took my family bound to tucson and had a great time. Front desk is very nice and polite people, i would go back and stay there for sure.

A lot mroe run down than the photos show. Definitely could jave been cleaner. The bathroom was gross and obviously hadnt been swept in awhile.

It was an older property, but the rooms were modern. The bed was nice. I had problems with two of the lamps not working, and the water temp wouldn't regulate in my shower. I liked that my room had a balcony.

The bedding had not been changed. Tried to be very polite in telling them and asked for some level of a refund on my $268 stay, not even all of it. I was met with attitude from the head house keeper, who pretty much called me a liar and in the end was told I was wrong (there was an earring in between my sheets that wasn’t mine) and they were going to do NOTHING to fix the issue. I didn’t even complain about the garbage behind the chair. One of which was part of a straw- we all know what those are used for- I just was not ok with sleeping in a dirty bed. The owner herself said absolutely no dis out. Terrible service.

The A/C was loud enough that it did not keep me awake though plus I sleep pretty hard. The bathroom had mildew in the shower that was very strong smelling but I had bought Clorox cleanup before I even got there and once I sprayed and came back later in the eve, I never noticed again during my 7 day stay. Housekeeping kept the room very clean on the days I needed them and the rest of the staff was very nice and friendly.

Hair dryer and phone in our room did not work. Requested new hair dryer via texting front desk several times and was told housekeeping would bring one but never showed up prior to check out.

This place is definitely overpriced and not worth it. The outside is not appealing and everything looks old and not well kept. When I arrived I was instantly disappointed and regretted making the reservation. I asked about breakfast. I was promised a full hot breakfast but instead got powdered eggs and watered down gravy. The biscuits you had to put in the toaster to warm yourself and there was no meat/ bacon or sausage of any kind. Definitely disappointed and will never stay here again. I feel like I wasted my money and paid top dollar for a low budget motel. I would never pay more than $60 to stay at a hotel of this quality.

Our Safety Director called it in and I have 3 guys in two different rooms covered in bites as well as photos of the bug one of them killed. There has been no concern placed on customer service or well-being in this situation, only verification. No assistance was offered, not even a new room. I reached out to your team in the morning and heard nothing back until I reached out in the afternoon. I was told it would be looked into by maintenance and that was it. My team left yesterday and there was absolutely a bug problem. As I said before, I want the last two nights credited back to the card

I liked the place. The staff are really friendly, the breakfast is great and I had a blast going to the pool. I highly recommend it.

Could be a very nice place, the location is ideal, however the hotel caters to people with addictions and it noticeably drags the place down.

The people at the front desk are super nice and helpful. The check in process was quick and we got our key and went our room. When we got there and walked in we immediately knew it hadn’t been cleaned. The bedding was piled up, no shower curtain, and there was bits on trash and sticky stuff all over the tv stand and desks. We went down and told the front and they immediately put us in a new room. The new room was clean and didn’t have a problem until I went into the bathroom where there was a long trail of ants. The carpet was so dark there was no way of knowing if there were ants anywhere but in the bathroom area. I called down to the office to let them know. They said they appreciate me letting them know and it was probably just because of the weather. Besides that we didn’t have any other issues.
