The location is close to airport but quite out from tourist attractions. Rooms appear old and are not in good maintenance conditions as many things either not working properly. Hoever, common areas and breakfast are quite good. Honestly, in general, this facility does not live up to IHG standard.

At check in we were given a higher price than what was on our hotels.com reservation. Some of the service staff were very rude. Our shower drain and air conditioning didn’t work when we checked in.

Close to the airport, very basic hotel to stay. Not the usual Holiday Inn you would see in the US

Downstairs restaurant area was very nice. Convenient location for airport. Shower was terrible, broken shower head holder and moldy shower curtains.

In the middle of nothing, a basic hotel that is overpriced with limited services. Reception (Luca) very aggressive dealing with customers, but maybe because we checked in around midnight? Garage very expensive for the night, although garage attendants were polite rooms very hot, A/C not efficient. Not suitable for our family!disappointed

The area around the property felt unsafe and there were no near by food options. You can hear people talking in the room next to you. The bathrooms were not clean. The towels smelt weird.

The area surrounding the hotel feels unsafe and there are very limited dining options. The hotel bar was nice and they offered snacks with the drinks they served. It did the job for a one night stay before flying out the next morning.

The Hotel and staff are excellent. It just the area adjacent to the hotel. I thought the Metro train near the hotel is already running. Otherwise it would have been an excellent site. The train station look promising. There are police patrol in the area visible. It was a quiet area with big high rise building. Our room looking over the Mount Vesuvius and sea from the 19th floor with a nice warm strong shower and comfy firm bed. Which the three of us enjoy as we sleep well. The premium room is excellent as it includes the minibar in the price. If you want to iron you can. Ironing board and iron is provided in the room.
