The thermostat was set at 27 degrees and could not be controlled. The staff at check in were very apologetic, very nice but the room felt like an oven.

The lady at check-in was very nice and provided a flawless check-in experience. We forgot our tooth paste and she was able to help out with that. Parking garage is very convenient at a reasonable price. - Worst check-out experience. the cleaning lady came into the room three or four times. We mentioned it st check-out and the gentleman at reception got extremely rude and condescending lecturing me „how this works in hotels“. He also failed to give us a drive-out coin for the garage and then refused to open the garage at first when we called up just hanging up. We’ll never be back. Would have given a better grade, but after this encounter, can only give a bad review Room was tiny and the carpet had stains and felt very aged and dirty. As a sidenote, the design is questionable but we saw that on pics beforehand so cant complain now.

I have always said a hotel must have friendly competent staff, convenient location, comfortable rooms, the service here was a joy the location was sooo easy and the rooms were very comfortable, the bathroom could have been a little bit more spacious but in this case is was a comfortably cute size. Overall a very pleasant stay, relaxing. Could perhaps buy another coffee machine as only 1 machine to serve a large number of guest a5 once is a chore !

Loved my stay. I did have a great rate for it. The rooms are funny yes but everything is super new and super clean. Bathroom has great shower and circulation of air. They have control controlled air but the place didn’t feel stuffy, was a good flow to the room. I don’t know how it would be like in the summer though when it’s hot outside. Bed and linens were comfortable. Everything was great. You can even get fresh warm pizza downstairs in the hotel lobby at any crazy hour, for a fair price. Really nice. If I need to be in the area again and can get a nice rate I would no question stay here again. (I mention the rate because I wanted to extend my stay one more night and my room was 3x more in price for 3x more I’m not sure if it’s necessary to stay there ).

The room i booked was a double bed and two twins, the room i got was a double with a chair bed.crsmmed into a tiny room.

I like this hotel, good welcoming in the reception, comfortable and clean room but the area around the hotel not good.

Samsung air conditioning was not powering off at all. When checked with staff they said they knew it. After requesting they shifted to another room. Air conditioning was working in 2nd room but was switching off after 9 seconds. When asked staff they said they can't help. FYI: To reach this hotel you need to take U bahn & walk approx 600 meters to reach the hotel. There is 1 bus stop behind hotel.

Stayed over 1 night on a long drive home from Italy to UK staff very helpful rooms clean and modern with cool money theme breakfast basic but good for free only niggle we were given a room that had non working air con and no opening windows but after complaining we were moved rooms without fuss, overall worth a stop but surrounding area is a bit rough nothing close by as it's on the outskirts of the city suppose its to be expected we walked to pizza hut which took about 20 mins

Great experience staying at Ibis, the room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very quick and easy and the staff very friendly. I got one of my baggage delayed and they received it from me at the desk. Awesome service!!!

Only stayed one night as we drove to Austria. Nice hotel, very accommodating with our dog
