Got 2 rooms, one smelled like cat urine. Front desk clerk was nice and willing to get us a different room but they didn’t have another one on the first floor and no elevator so my father was fine dealing with the smell. (Yes, I insisted he switch me rooms or I could go to the second floor) The desk clerk did come spray something to try and help. Breakfast was also less than impressive. We were exhausted from a long roadtrip so it was close to interstate and cheap for a quick nights rest.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Down side was the bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off completely.

I stopped only for a night's sleep while driving long distance. The hotel was generally run down. The shower curtain was drooping. Visible duct tape was holding the ventilation system together. The breakfast offerings were dismal and nobody was restocking items. Coffee was weak and there was no milk or creamer.

Quite frankly I am surprised that this place gets anything more than one star. The whole place is outdated and literally falling apart. The crown molding around the ceilings in the lobby and up the stairs are falling off the wall. Carpet is dingy and worn and walls need paint. This is all before you even get to the room. The bathroom was not clean and was in dire need of a remodel. The beds were uncomfortable and the general condition of the main sleeping area was rough including the couch with tears in it. Would not recommend to anyone and if we were not so exhausted from driving, would have gone elsewhere.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The building itself needs some work. Breakfast was minimal but ok. Location is good. Right off the highway, close to restaurants and stores. Pool has been permanently closed for 5 years. No sign of doing anything with it.

They turned my key off like 9 am so I went get breakfast because there free breakfast was terrible!boom I’m locked out this was the day I was checking out but check out was 11 am idk just not it for me

The pictures of breakfast options were incorrect, I would have booked a different Hotel if I knew what they actually had for breakfast. One of their pictures showed biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs. Not only did they not have that but they barely had anything. 1-1/2 bagels and a couple of donuts. Hotel is in very poor condition and I felt taken.

I got to my room and the tv did not work. They moved me to a different room and the sink was clogged up and dirty and would not drain. I was then moved again to a 3rd room which was ok but when I turned the light switch off to the overhead light it also turned the tv off.

Very convenient to I- 24, in Paducah, KY. Very nice staff, we were greeted in a friendly way. We would stay here again!

The hotel did not receive my reservations and had to call Hotels.com and be on phone for 30 min to get my room confirmed. And they were going thru upgrade putting new furniture in rrooms
