It was nice to have hot tub in room. Condition of walls/corners cracked in some places. 1 electrical outlet did not have a cover plate -- this was reported to hotel management

Front desk service was amazing! Everyone was polite and respectful! Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We asked for our room to be serviced two days. On the fourth day we asked at the desk to please have someone clean our room which it finally was.

The room smelled like marijuana, didn’t have toilet paper, there wasn’t any bedding for the pullout couch or pillows, not enough towels, and only one pool was open and both hot tubs weren’t working (which is why we chose to stay).

Dead bugs in the pool. Blood stains in the room. Stayed for 2 days because we couldnt get a refund byt spent the rest of our trip at a different hotel that i even paid less for. We were super disappointed

Stains on chairs and floors and needed repainting and the toilet paper dispenser should have been installed the other way around. The toilet paper always wanted to come off the holder. No ceiling light fixture by the door, only light bulbs. You could tell a few things had been upgraded but they weren't done completely or well. But the bed was comfortable. The breakfast gal could hardly speak English and there needed to be another garbage can in the breakfast area.

No other rooms available to move to so had to wait after long drive to have help flipping matress and changing all bedding. Chairs in room were all stained also and candy stuck under cushions. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned and so gross! Couldn't sleep 1st night as the restaurant/bar had dj playing until around 1 am and the base was pounding in our room. The smell of people smoking pot coming from there drifted right up to our room and was awful!!! Whenever we book through hotels.com we're given the worst rooms. We once again had the "lovely" view of the roof. The breakfast was decent but staff in there didn't speak even enough English to be able to tell my husband where the butter was for his waffle. Considering not staying with any Country Inn and Suites anymore or booking with Hotels.com either. One bad experience after another and this one was the worst! The jacuzzi was once again out of service as well.

Unfortunately it was not the experience we were expecting. There was loud unruly guests that were up literally all night. At 2:30 am I went to the front desk to let them know they needed to stop, I couldnt sleep. The nice gentlemen let them know they needed to be quiet and the guests were upset. Then at 4:15 they blasted a boom box for 5 min waking us up again. In the morning I checked out and let them know we werent happy and almost drove home. I dont think the gal truly cared. For the money we spent I wish we didnt have to deal with the noise. It makes us not want to stay at a country inn and suites again.

We stay here frequently this trip was not as good as in the past. Room smelled musty my daughter who was a housekeeper pulled the filters from the air conditioner which was filthy. Stairwells need to be vacuumed.

When we checked in the front desk gave us a key and when we went into that room it wasn’t cleaned and had already been used. So we went back down and got another key for a different room and she seemed a bit inconvenienced by doing this

Decent place for the price and the Front Desk staff were amazing. The room itself had sheets with makeup stains, the doors need to be pushed/pulled really hard to close/open, the carpet was beat up. The buggest issue was the Housekeeper told my daughter she couldnt get an extra garbage bag. We clean up after ourselves ao others dont have too. Other than that it was served its purpose.

Updated, safe. Hallway to therestaurant could use cleaning & repair. It looks neglected compared ro the rest of the property.

It was good,but the only chair they had for 4 people was a desk chair and it’s was old and the leather on it was torn off , so you had to sit on the bed, other wise the room was clean & good, the breakfast was really good.
