Rooms are full of roaches and other bugs (the come out the cracks of the wall and from behind the wall photos) the front office doesn’t have enough help to clean ppls rooms who are already there. they never have towels the cleaning lady doesn’t even speak English so she will definitely not help you she will either over talk you and tell you she doesn’t know English or she will walk off on you. If something is broke do not count on it getting fixed most ppl there don’t like their job so they will half ass do it.

Front desk service is amazing here,specially.The lady in charge had my paperwork ready when I walked in the door,and greeted me by name on arrival.I only stay here once a month.It is rare to find anyone seriously committed to doing their jobs well.She consistently does hers.

The floor was filthy, bathtub not cleaned, water oozing between bathroom floor tiles, live bugs crawling around. Curtain rod (pole) came down on us when we tried to close the curtains. Staff was considerate and helpful.

So expensive ($155 per night due to the $35 extra charge for us to check in early).
The room is decent but the noise level from the highway is unbearable!!!

You have to pay a deposit even after paying through Expedia. I called ahead to see if there was and Indian guy answered. He confirmed the area and the address and said that there is no deposit for this property. He also tried to work an offer with me as well but I turned it down. Upon arriving to hotel. I was charged a $50 deposit that was not mentioned at all even after reserving a room. The room is not exactly what the picture advertise on the Expedia app. But it’s similar to it. There are a couple roaches here but the kitchen and refrigerator was very clean. The staff was pretty descent and but the contract I initialed on said that check out was at 12 but the staff says 11 and a sign said but the contract didn’t and I asked the staff meme we at the time and she said no it’s 11. So I was a little confused in that.

I hated this place. Staff was unavailable and they charged me for a room I never even checked in for. Terrible place. Would NEVER recommend.

I had hoped to check in early but they refused and the staff at the time wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. So I returned at check in time and had to stand out in the cold (in the 20’s) for an hour just to get checked in. I ended up catching a cold. I will say the staff during my check in process though, was much better and way more friendly than when I 1st got there. There should be an easier way for people to get checked in. That’s my only real complaint.

She advised me that unfortunately there’s nothing she can do and that she had to process my card whether I was there or not because she gets off at 6. I was shocked that was even a response back. I was still trying to understand the situation because it’s not making any sense to me however, she then tells me it’s nothing she can do and there’s no room available after giving my room away. Mind you this is the day of the reservation so now I’m out of a room with no where to stay.. her lack of empathy and concernment was noticeable. You’re the first contact for the establishment and if she’s representing this hotel. I would suggest giving her tips regarding phone etiquette. She handled this with the least amount of respect. THANKFULLY I was able to get a hotel at a different location. I hope this helps future hotel goers.

Great place to stay on a budget! The bathroom door was difficult to shut as it got stuck and was not accessible (they had no elevator). The stairs were a little questionable. No bugs, relatively clean, and quiet. Not perfect, but no big complaints.

It was a cheap motel with bare bones appliances that you could tell was old. If you're on an extreme budget and want to be in suburban atlanta then i recommend. However, i would stay elsewhere if you can afford to splurge.

The treatment in the lobby is rude, the office opens at 11am to check out before it is not possible, it is inconvenient, noisy and dirty place. very unpleasant experience

This hotel looks pretty nice from the outside. But on the inside, it's unclean. I have several pictures of food in the sink, trash on the floor, food and mildew growing inside the air conditioner blowing on my family all night. Bed sheets with pubic hair in them, towels with pubic hair on them. Roaches running across the floor. Walking up and down the aisle ways outside, it stinks. Smells like urine. My family had three people staying here for 3 days. We never got a change of towels. We went to the front and asked for them but the lady said they don't have any clean. I really wanted to love this place. It's really pretty from the outside. But I don't think I could recommend anyone staying here under the current conditions.
