Stay was great, will seek out a Red Roof again!

I paid for a "premium King room" and was given a large room next to the elevator that had a loud buzzing/mechanical sound the whole time. For such a large space the bathroom was tiny. Not worth the money spent

Our over night stay was ok, bed was fine but room needed some repairs

Understanding the price i get why the room was the way it was. The matress was a little uncomfortable and the room was not nice. There was a distinct smell in the room that was not going anywhere even with a room freshner.

The air conditioner/heater vibrated so bad it was difficult to sleep. The shower curtain rod was loose from the wall.

This is my new place to stay when I’m EPTX. Eric at the front desk is always so helpful as is the other staff. We are in close proximity to where we need to go.

Not given the room pictured on website. Told to speak with manager next day. Not helpful. Mildew on ceiling. Not good. Expected better from red roof.

Arrive after 6pm the front desk employee greeted me with no interest. Stated that they only had one room left. Went to the room and room wasn’t ready. Went back and we got another room. This room the fridge was not plugged in, so we had to move furniture. The coffee maker didn’t work and the breakfast room was closed. Would not recommend this hotel.

Well i checked in and 5 min later had to leave due to a family member passing away. I litteraly had got in my room and than had to chk out. They still charged me for 2 days and never budged to refund me at least one day. Room was dirty bed centered and tv off to the aide where you cant even see it. Think twice before staying here.

This place is always clean and the service and friendly. Everything works including the AC. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The stay here is good and the property is safe.

Property shows some wear and tear , but nothing too bad. Bed was a bit soft and the sheet had a small hole. No breakfast. Black coffee was available. Price was very good and room was clean and good size
