It’s was ant infested and filthy in this hotel! But he did tell me that my money would be refunded in five to seven business days! Yay me. I have to find somewhere else to sleep and drive more!

Our room was clean and very nice. However, there was a lot of trash piled up around trash cans in the hallways. Not sure what that was all about.

Property is well located and convenient to the I65 N/S and 280 corridors. Property has quite a bit of deferred maintenance needed, but was priced accordingly

Once in the room i notice the putside noise was loud, even over the ac unit. I went over to look out the window & my window was opened up halfway. It made me nervous. The bathroom has been remodeled some, it has a nice sink & plenty of counter space but the tub is outdated & there were hairs in the tub & floor around the toilet. This was my second time staying at this location & my first experience was much better so i'm unsure if i'll stay here again on my trip next month.

The rooms were decent. Not overly sure about cleanliness. The room appeared clean, surfaces and such. But we found someone else’s shirt under the armchair and hairs stuck in the towels. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool was closed though, same with the gym. That was upsetting

The room was clean and well laid out. Bathroom was huge. There’s a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee pot! Plenty of lighting. No carpet!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! Very comfortable, made to feel at home, and worked out great for our family on our way to PCB! We will definitely stay again!!

Water in bath was only luke warm, not hot. No bath mat in bathroom. Bath gel dispenser empty. Only I regular coffee packet, but 2 decaf

We have been staying in this hotel for 12 years so we could go to UAB medical center. Never had any problems or felt unsafe. This time the entire building was being renovated and workers and other strange people were walking around outside and inside. One man was passed out on a table by the “out of order” pool for at least 3 hours. Never saw any staff check on him. Watched 2 suspicious transactions take place in parking lot. No hot water in our room. Clerk said she was too busy to fix it. Phones in room did not work. TV did not work.
Renovations look nice, but the staff needs improvement and the outside needs security. We never saw any.
Don’t think we will be back at this location.

They hold an additional $100 for cleaning fee and you find that out when you're checking in. Very noisy and dirty on the property. People was grilling in parking lot! Also saw a roach in the room! And they have the nerve to charge cleaning fee. Never again

Facilities were poorly maintained. Rooms were nice and modernized but I did see a few German cockroaches. The halls smell like weed and you'll definitely see a few drug baggies laying around on the ground. If your looking to score some dope this is probably the place for you.

I didn't like anything. When we pulled up we witnessed prostitution and drug use. When we got to the room there was no hot water in the room. Spilled soda and sticky floors in the lobby and elevator. The backdoor was unlocked allowing the illegal activity to continue. When we tried to get reimbursed the "general manager" said nope and there was nothing he could do. We left at 2:00 a.m. taking my kids in the middle of all the illegal activity.

I realize the property is being renovated, but a cheap remodel will cost you more in the long-run. Also, mold/mildew is serious in the south so that needs fixing. Hotel will be really nice once it is remodeled.

Everything was good until housekeeping showed up banging on my door and attempted to come into my room as I was in the bed. My checkout was the next door. Very annoying
