Everything was good with the stay EXECPT the dozens of kids running the halls, screaming and parents not doing anything about it. I would have stayed somewhere else if I was told about the hotel being overtaken by kids.

The staff was friendly, the room I stay in housekeeping did a good job. I have no complaints

The rain was excellent. Having stayed there in the 1990s compared to now it has been upgraded to reflect common new styles. Thumbs up.

Upon arrival my bed sheets were nasty. I asked the front desk to have my bed sheets changed and the housekeeping just dumped the new linen on the dirty bed. The iron did not work and it took house keeping 12 hours just to bring me a new iron. Needless to say I had a terrible experience.

The customer service was excellent, food at restaurant was good ( but hours of operation was very limited.) the lights seem dim and upgrades to facility is recommended.

This place was dirty, dingy outdated, small inside of the actual rooms. It was very dirty. I would not recommend to anyone.I’m so disappointed that this was considered to be a Doubletree

Room was clean but thermostat was set at 62 degrees. Took awhile for room to warm up. Breakfast was very good and worth extra ten dollars per person charge. Recommend purchasing breakfast with hotel.com. Otherwise cost was fourteen dollars per person on site.

For the price I would have expected breakfast to be included. $350. It was high school sports state championship week so prices inflated. Staff was great. Hotel very quiet despite being full.

Great stay!!! Nice location, close to everything. Easy to find and get in & out. Except the weird intersection on the entrance. But not the hotel problem.
Overall awesome stay. Will stay there next time for sure.
