Excellent services, staff are very well-mannered, thanks for putting up with six of us. Room is well maintained. Beds are super comfortable. My mum is delightedly surprised at the firmness of the mattress as well as the crispness of bedsheets. All amenities are of decent quality, the sort you would use at home rather than on rod. Hot water pressure is great, morning espresso coffee is a must. Feel like it is a "home away from home". Undoubtedly we have enjoyed our 4 night stay. Shuttle bus connects between hotel and JR Osaka station, from where you can travel onward to most places.

A lovely hotel of traditional style, with lots of amenities, including a shopping plaza and complimentary bus to and from Osaka Station. Room had an amazing city view. Very convenient location for indoor food eateries and metro. Staff were helpful.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff (as everywhere in Japan), beautiful views, lovely room and facilities, excellent Imperial lounge (especially the duty manager there, he was extremely welcoming).

Beautiful river park, easy walks to train station and Asaka Cattle, convenient nearby markets and pharmacy. Hotel room is clean and roomy and quiet.

Some important and yet basic facilities were only available at an extra cost and too expensive, such as the fitness centre and swimming pool. As a guest who stayed for 4 nights, I would expect at least one free pass to these facilities and/or a mych lower rate than 55,000 Yen per visit per person for the gym. Other than this, some room features were outdated and not convenient to use, such as tap waters and tv. The pillows were not comfortable for me and uponnasking for harder pillows we just got very similar soft pillows. The TV in my room didn't have any online options such as Netflix or even access to YouTube on the TV. The hotel could also improve by providing more facilities for children and entertainment such as a small arcade room or play area for children and a small library with English books. Overall, I think this hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered.

Settled in the residential neigborhood by the river. Nice view and close walk to train station and Tenma Shotengai shopping district and shrine. Loved the hotels STG's efforts. Wooden toothbrush is a nice touch. Outstanding pastries. The best strawberry short cake I have ever tasted.
