Great staff and very helpful. Parking was a challenge as you can’t self park. They are slow to retrieve car when you need it. Bed was uncomfortable, only only tiny one pillow person and limited towels. Great location as it’s easy to get around.

Awesome staff and great place to stay

I used to live in Belo Horizonte and would pass by Savassi Hotel pretty much on a daily basis. I had an awesome time there. Stayed on the 8th floor, super quiet (with windows closed), not much people walking or talking on corridors. Good breakfast, friendly staff, always available to help. I would definitely go back!

Awesome hotel and close by everything. The staff is wonderful and they really do make you feel at home.

The property was nice and had the necessities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The room was too small, there was opened food from previous guests on the fridge. The mattress it's not comfortable. The pool close hours before what is announced here. The breakfast is OK, the area is good.

Excelente stay! Hotel is very clean and has implemented a nice and efficient protocol regarding COVID-19. Definitely would stay there again!

This hotel is not perfect but the people there have a lot of heart. They will address any issues you are having. While to computers are not able to print, I gave them a thumb drive where they printed what I needed at the front desk. The cleaning staff does a good job of cleaning and will not disturb you in any way when you hang the red sign. The noise level was reasonably low for a busy part of town. A negative is that it took a little time to figure out the dual sequential tap system in the plumbing, but once figured out, getting a proper temperature is of first world standards. Also, the toilet had cheap plastic seats but it was not uncomfortable and the bathroom was kept clean. Also, there are not extra movable mirrors in the bathrooms like the higher end hotels but for the price one can purchase an extra mirror for use and still come out ahead. The breakfast was very good overall. The entire staff is friendly and will do their best to help in any way. They did not hesitate even to help someone like me whose Portuguese has a lot to be desired. Again they are people with a lot of heart who aim to please.

The staff was great. So was the breakfast . The rooms are outdated and the bathroom was dirty. The shower had mold on the tiles .

Old hotel, old furniture, linens, shower, slow wi-fi, noisy street, old and noisy air conditioning, items for breakfast were old, poorly prepared. The only thing this hotel has is location. I will not stay here again.

This is my very reasonable go to hotel in Savassi, older but well maintained, nice breakfast. Location great for nightlife
