Great stay, would stay again. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. It’s clear they care about making people feel welcome. A little gem in Longmont.

Outside looked pretty sketchy. All doors of entire building are locked 24 hours a day. I had to ring a doorbell and wait for staff to push a button to let me in to check in. Front desk was pleasant but one gentleman barely spoke loud enough to understand and I had a hard time following his instructions because I couldn’t hear him. Our room was clean although worn. And our door to our room would not lock with the dead bolt because it had obviously been broken down before. The flip latch was screwed on again and that was the only way we could lock the door from the inside. Cleaning service was very good. Other service staff was very good. I should have take photos of the door. We were in room 223.

The TV took a while to turn off completely and we weren’t sure if it would at all but the most annoying thing were the blinds/dark shades on the window wouldn’t close completely and there was a huge lamp post outside, so we couldn’t face the window.

Doesn’t know what they are doing, be careful to check the invoice well before checking out from the hotel.

Barhroom sunk wouldnt drain, but a little troubleshooting discovered it was just a disconnected stopper from linkage below, so removed stopper completely and ok.
Key card didn't work initially, but front staff quickly rectified.

Next to the loud hi way with someone above me loud all night. Could hear every step they took. I think they were doing jumping jacks all night. The ac was loud so it drowned them out but then when it shut off .. horrible night sleep. The room clean and friendly staff but due to those reasons I wouldn't stay there again.
