My stay was amazing!

Clean room, comfy bed, working tv, clean bathroom. What’s not to like?

When I checked in everything went well or so I thought. I go to my room, it was a ground floor room so the first thing I check is to make sure window is locked. I pulled the window and it opens up so I try to lock it but the lock does not work. I went back to the desk and spoke to the guy who checked me in and he said he would call maintenance to see if they can fix it or he can move me to another room but it won’t be on the ground floor. He said he would call maintenance so I went back to room and waited about an hour and no one came, so I went to the desk and some other man was there working now. I explained to him the situation and he said that maintenance and the previous desk person had all gone home for the day. He was very apologetic and I could tell he felt bad about the situation and he said he could moved me to another room (what other choice did I have) and it was on the 3rd floor. The room was very nice. I was very tired because I had driven 10 hours because my Mother is ill and was in the ICU at the hospital. It is not the first time I’ve had an issue with the clerk. I always stay at this Hotel and is my favorite ( in my hometown where I was born and raised) but sometimes I have to travel alone and have to be safe, not sleep in a room where the window does not lock and the clerk does not take care of business before going home. The rest of my stay was very unsettling and stressful.

Little hidden, but I was able to get my truck and trailer to it, with parking lot next to it behind some restaurants. The hotel was great comfortable and quiet, could use some painting.

Upon our arrival, however, the staff did not greet, was inattentive, and when someone did eventually help us, the person was barely audible. I had to ask him to repeat himself on anything he said. The bathtub was not clean enough for us to want to shower. Overall the property is quite worn and can use a facelift. Not one of our better hotel stays.

Some of the worst lumpy pillows I ever experienced. Other than that it is clean and staff is knowledgeable and professional.

The room was clean, very spacious and had all the amenities needed. Front desk staff were very friendly.

We had a good time!

I had to do a very late check in because I was driving and ran into a lot of traffic. I called to say I would be late and they were very understanding. Very friendly and I didn't have to worry about a thing.

Bad neighborhood. Groups of men hanging around outside. Also appeared to be Prostitution activity. One guest was pulling two aggressive Pit bulls around in a wagon. There was an argument and shoving match in the breakfast room. Hotel was overall dirty and any attempts to upgrade were obviously done by the lowest bidder. If I had children with me, I would have slept in the car. I honestly have no idea how they earned an 8.2 on Hotels.com.

Easy access from surrounding businesses and location

When I first arrived I was expecting to queen beds and it has 2 full size and that goes for all of the double bed room just and fyi.. anyway when I entered the room the blankets had light yellow stains and one of the planks from the floor was coming up. There were also stains on the walls. The front desk receptionist was so kind and moved me to one of their suits that was not 100 times better but we managed. I just want to thank the sweet girl that helped me that morning of Saturday and the other sweet girl on Sunday!! They deserve a raise just for their customer service skills.

Good price, good location, nice rooms, nice beds

The service and staff was excellent. The room was very clean. The breakfast was also good. Simply and satifying. There is several restaurants in walking distance. Will most definitely be staying there again. I would recommend to a friend.

Rooms are cleaning

When we walk in the first thing we got was the hotel had been all day with out water. In the hallway was a piece of carpet just covering the floor that was broken . In our room all you could smell was like old and musk had to go to the store and bought a scented candle in order to get the smell off. We stay there three days thank God i hd a lot of things to do i didn’t had to be in the room almost all day, but for sure did get what i pay for i guess. Never would a rent there again.
