Very clean hotel, our room had double bed and sofa bed which pulled out converts into double bed again, mattress on it just superb. Breakfast outstanding with choices and and the cherry on the top they had all different ginger shots and chia seed concoctions. Staff very friendly.

The resort was perfectly located in the city center. Easy to walk around. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good and filling with many options. The attached restaurant was also nice.

Good location, walking distance to public transit, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and museums. Helpful staff. Marvin at reception and Alina in the restaurant at breakfast particularly friendly and welcoming. Good sized room ( paid for a larger one), clean linen and towels, comfortable bed, warm duvet. Bathroom a good size, surprising for our experience in Scandinavia. Lots of storage. Breakfast has a wide variety of foods, including smoked salmon. Bread was really, really good. Lots of fruits. Great stay overall. Tromso is an interesting city.

From the moment I walked in the door, this hotel surprised and amazed me. The hotel smelt so lovely as soon as I walked in the door. New recruit Martyn was smiling behind the counter when I arrived and went way over and above to give me so much information about the hotel and the surrounding area. He looked absolutely dashing and obviously takes a lot of pride in his uniform and his position with this hotel. A true professional who was kind, courteous and obliging. Not sure how old the hotel is but it looks almost brand new. Rooms were absolutely spotless and incredibly comfortable and well appointed with lovely attention to detail. My bathroom was incredibly large with a very generous sized shower recess - it even had a heated floor! The bed was incredibly comfortable and tea/coffee facilities were in the room as well as a fridge. The hotel is in an excellent, quiet and safe location right in the heart of Tromsø. On the ground floor, there is a guest lounge room with a free coffee machine complete with coffee pods of many varieties. There are also games to play. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with so much to choose from. My only regret was not staying longer. This is by far one of the absolute best hotels I have ever stayed in and I highly recommend it without hesitation. You'll love it!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was super convenient. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Our only issue was that the room was not always restocked with cups and such. And there was a couple days that we didn't have the cleaning crew didn't come in and do the whole turnover. But, overall the hotel was clean and we would stay there again!

The staff was great! Easy check in and out. Facilities were amazing! The hotel was in close proximity to most every point of tour meeting point.

We had such a great 6 night stay here and the staff was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing every day. The room was very comfortable. They secured a taxi for us ahead of our airport departure even tho our last 3 nights were at a VRBO. Close to everything you need and in the city center.

The hotel is near everything in the city. The room are small but confortable. The maid forgot to replace the glasses, the mugs and the coffee and didn't clean well the room.

Nice large room with space to put our clothes. It was nice to have a safe. The large light by the door was not working when we arrived on the Saturday afternoon so I reported it to reception. The room was obviously not checked properly beforehand to check everything was working and correct. On the Monday we had the do not disturb sign on the door as was not well. Tuesday maintenance said they had fixed it but it still was not working. I was not sure why maintenance lied about fixing the light when they didn’t. Wednesday it was fixed but only went on if the light by the bed was switched on. We put the towels in the correct place on Tuesday to be changed and they never got replaced so I had to ask reception to change them. Thursday a pillowcase was left on the settee and no clean one put on the pillow that was left on the floor. The bathroom was set at 30 degrees which was very uncomfortable. The only place to plug the kettle in was either crawling on the floor to the plug under the table or balancing the kettle on the round pouffe by the bed. A health and safety hazard. I had to ask for more hangers as there were only 7. We were there for a week. The road noise was very loud 24/7 as the windows do not lessen any noise plus the cars have the winter tyres on which are louder anyway. Had to wear ear plugs but still got woken up every night by the noise. The buffet breakfast was very nice.
