This hotel was great! The hot tub was HOT, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Will stay again next time i fly out of Spokane.

Clean room, bed was super comfortable, pillows were supportive and comfortable. Spa and pool were clean and felt wonderful. Bonus that the pool area is open 24/7! Free breakfast in the morning with waffle makers. For the price point this is a great option.

Being in Spokane Valley, it’s situated away from the heavier populated locations of downtown Spokane. Excellent location, easily accessible to shopping, food and universities. Free parking. Free breakfast. Great customer svc.

Outstanding. An older building, beautiful and very clean. Staff was welcoming, willing to help and all were professional. Breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked. 24 hour coffee /juice station was nice. This was an example of old fashioned customer service and felt like they actually cared about their visitors comfort. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Easy to get in and out. Easy access to freeway and close to Sprague & Valley Mall for food & shopping. Pool & spa open 24 hrs! Decent breakfast bar and fresh popcorn in reception Very clean, new feeling in rooms. AC a bit noisy. Open staircase so you don't need elevator. Really nice front desk crew.

We had two dogs and they had lots of green grass to walk the dogs around on. They were very accommodating and helpful.

This is the fourth time I stayed here in the last 3 years. The hotel has easy access to Hwy 90. The property and rooms are very nice and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and heating and air conditioning work well. A tasty breakfast is included. The surrounding area is safe and there is a hospital nearby. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Very clean. Really a nice place to stay for a few days. comfortable. before we checked in, I read reviews complaining about bathroom sinks during slowly. We had this problem in our room too. Everything else was lovely.

We had booked a 2 Queen room and had called the hotel directly to make sure we could get a roll away bed, we were told yes, no problem!
Upon arrival, we were informed that the room could not accommodate a roll away bed. Mike at the front desk upgraded us to a family suite and made the entire process smooth and we got checked in quickly. He was so very accommodating and all the staff were so friendly. The pool was a little dirty, but was cleaned promptly when advised. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and well kept. A bit on the older side but was still great. Breakfast was good. They had good options for a hot breakfast. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Breakfast was average, but decent. The scrambled eggs had flavor, & the link sausage was good. The orange juice was awful. Everything else was edible. The staff is very friendly & professional; they seem happy working there & genuinely interested. The pool & hot tub are open 24 hours, which is great; hopefully, I’ll be able to take advantage of that next time! The biggest thing I truly appreciated was how quiet this hotel is—someone did a great job with sound-proofing between rooms!

Very happy with our stay. It was clean and very comfortable. They had room service even though they said they would not. The pool/hot tub needs some upkeep with caulking but otherwise was great.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of good choices and was very fresh. More than you would expect for a continental breakfast.
The rooms ,lobby and breakfast area were impeccably clean. The room prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
