The staff was friendly

Our room wasn't clean, she had to come up to clean it. They spent 10 mins at the most to clean the room. Then didn't leave any clean towels or soap. I had to call down and ask for them. There was still hair in the shower! The fan in the bathroom was missing a screw on one side so it wasn't attached properly. The extra secure lock on the door was broke. I called and asked to speak to a manager and gave my phone number for a call because the room phone also did not work. Never received any call from management. We only stayed 1 night. We decided to not even shower there. When we checked out I left my name and number again to receive a call from management and am still waiting to get that call.

The rooms were terrible not clean hair on the floor and in the bedding. The shower head was bungee up there could not use the shower no TV remote. People yelling from the balcony stating they were going to kill everyone. Not a safe place to stay for anyone. Our doors did not lock properly.

Internet wouldn't connect

Totally nothing is good about this place. There is a weird vibe with some strange people hanging around. Don't want to be found dead there. We had three nights booked and left after 5 minutes.

Literally everything was off here. Weird people hanging around which gave us an unsafe feeling. Room has worn out furniture, holes in curtains. Internet doesn't work at all. Keycards for the room did not work mostly, so hard time getting in.

Room smelled like smoke. WiFi didn't work, Police were knocking on doors looking for someone. Not a good experience.

Room was very quiet at night for sleeping. Staff was nice.

Booking.com said hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and shampoo all furnished. None were furnished. This was more like a studio apartment with no extra's. The place was not secured. Anyone could come and did. Lots of young men knocking on doors, exchanging something by hand and leaving. Motor home in parking lot, people would drive up, knock door open, exchange and leave. All done very quietly.

I didn't like the strung out junkies everywhere I didn't like the drug deals going on in the stairwells I didn't like that I was afraid to stay at this place and I thought it was very dangerous it's a hangout for a bunch of shady people who don't have a home

Nothing it should be remived from bookings.com full of ptoditutes, drug dealers, unemployed. It was terrible. Were scared and jsd to stay awake all l night. The worst hotel we have stayed in anywhere in the world.

Full of undesirables, drug users, deslers prostitution, we were scared. The facilities were dirty, pootly maintained, cramped and seedy. Towels were thread bare and grubby, as wss bedding. Floors were filthy had to wear socks and throw away. Had a good fridge/freezer, microwave, and hob as advertised as studio. No plates, cups, pots, or pans, do could not be used. And not as advertised. Could not boil water and hotel coukd not provide any for medical equipment needed ti breathe. Staff tried to overcharge us twice until I showed them your contract. One word 'appalling' . Take it off your site or get it inspected and up to scratch, as will ruin your business. We rely on bookings and had always found the service to be reliable but nit in this case.
